WHOA, I missed that! nice spotting! I was gonna say it's a huge pun that he said 'hands down' about losing a whole arm (the hand too), but I guess he was being punny on purpose :P

If you haven't already, watch this guy in Friends from College. He doesn't do comedy in the show, but he gives a consistent performance. Plus, you get one of those 'Where have I seen this guy before?' moments, and you laugh because you eventually remember you saw him doing standup. And then you think, 'Wow, this guy is talented".

3:20 given how deep a scar that time is for a lot of blacks I've always hoped that there was one slave owner who just wanted to save them from that life by buying them and simply giving them a home
@Protectobot
@Protectobot 5 жыл бұрын
I watched an ep of 'Murder She Wrote', of all shows, when Angela Lansbury was talking about a southern ancestor she had who had slaves but she paid them and when they wanted to take their money and move out of the South and start their own lives as free humans (I think they went to the North or maybe another country), she said they could do whatever they wanted and they all valued each other's friendship. I forget how she explained to the other white ppl (esp. the slaveowners) where they went. Maybe she just pretended like they disappeared but on the other hand, she told a friend, I think, that approved of her paying them for their work and not trying to stop them from moving, but they all said they'd miss each other. She made sure they were safe to leave or maybe it was during that time period when slaves could earn a paycheck and buy their freedom. CRAZY times (not like modern times are a picnic cos we have so many homeless ppl in this country cos of a rigged economy for the rich, but that's a dif kind of crazy).

Kevin Nealon's a really nice guy: VERY shy and quiet and yet with an understated sense of humor. I didn't want to pay too much attention to him at the snack stand when I was working at movie theater in L.A. cos he's a celeb after all and I thought he might want a break from the attention but he actually seemed kinda LONELY. He's TALL, too: at least 2 inches taller than me, I think, and I'm 6'3.

Kevin for the love of god, educate yourself. Of course Egiptians had black slaves, from Sudan for example, but from all over Africa too, since everyone was trading slaves back then. And I learned that in primary school, like 20years ago...

Egypt was also a colony of the Sudan area. Africans from the Sudan area migrated to Egypt & that's how Egypt was formed.

If it's any consolation, I read up on that the 2nd time it got brought to my attention (Whitney Cummings talking about it during her interview on Rogan), and supposedly the shark that attacked her was later found and KILLED (although sharks are kinda NUTS and are just being sharks in the water...it's hard to say if we all have the right to share the same water AND land in this world...not sure if sharks could survive as vegetarians either; seriously...just eating seaweed/kelp to try to get enough protein in their diet...not a lot of options for them as there are for humans usually).

Oh SNAP ! ... Kevin Nealon is a real C U Next Tuesday ! sheesh. He couldn't come up with anything other than the junk he used ? Shows why SNL got rid of him ... Kevin Nealon lacks creativity; he's always been somewhat of a leach. Everyone knows Dana Carvey was the real talent. Thumbs up for Ian. Thanks for sharing.
