Dean Murphy I've had some fucked up shit happen to me with flashbangs. I've been spawned in the middle of nowhere pre-flashed and there's no one else around. I've been outside in bright sunlight and had the screen go white still for 10 seconds... I wish they did it like CS where if you look away you don't get screen-raped from them.

Flashbang is just so strong, especially on rush. Flash the mcom room, move in with your squad, clean up the defenders and arm/defuse. Theres no other grenade that can clear a room that effectively. But yeah, always annoying when it happens to you.

Ive spawned flashed before. Ive even been flashed, died, and respawned still with the flash effect. What I hate is when you look away from the flash when it comes at you, it goes off, iyou turn back around and then you gradually get the flsh effect until it goes full white and goes back to the normal process. Seriously. Look away from it when it goes off and your rewarded with double to flash time. Though frankly IRNVs and FLIRs are so clunky and annoying to use i dot bother. Only used them on snipers or DMRs. Also fuck DMRs, such terrible guns. I nealry had a mental breakdown from the rage while grinding them.

Totally feel your rage from this vid. I Play rush exclusively on multiple platforms and its all the same. When you look at the logs for most games played 90 percent of the players are running some sort of combination of shotgun or dmr with ir or thermal and flash bangs. The fact that so many people bank on these setups really says a lot about where this games community has gone. Thermal and ir should white out when its daytime without exception. And flasbangs need to just go away. They effect friendly players more then not and every dumb ass logging in is spamming them.

I think the irnv is a viable scope right now and that is good if you ask me. I mean, no one ever uses it before right? Just run flare and flashlight/laser sight if the match full with smoke to counter the irnv user, you know how blinding they are. And im happy that this case indirectly makes flare a good option to run with too, and not collecting virtual dust in the arsenal. I might get hate from this, but thanks DICE, for making more gadgets/equipments that was just bloats before can be used with fun now. The flashbang on the other hand does need the nerf and they've done it. Again, thank you DICE. Battlefield 4 is so much fun now.

I'v gone back to playing BF3 until they sort this shit out. I bought a new copy for £3.00 so everything needs to be unlocked and feels fresh. I forgot what a damn good game it is. Bf4 just feels like a clusterfuck most of the time, added with the flash, smoke, flares, frag ammo, OP pistols, airburst etc etc... it's just lost it's fun for me.

IR and Smoke is just getting soo cheap right now in BF4.. almost everyone is using it. And forget about playing any hardcore game modes in BF4 cause its almost 100% guarantee that someone is going to use IR and Smoke ESPECIALLY in both Locker Maps.

IweGamerClashes Well, auto shotties with frags were pretty common in ...say, higher level scout whoring plays. Pilot - Support with resupply perk. 2 Engiees on the sides with mechanic perk and using auto shotties equipped frag rounds + stingers or other launcher. That heli loadout is basically death from above, you can see it on some 1+ year old videos. But yea, I kind of agree... streamlined youtubers (i.e. levelcap), even though he lacks some knowledge about the game, such people can influence certain percentage of the player base.

Thats what I'm also experiencing atm. Everytime i get killed I see a IRNV or FLIR in the loadout. I mean i could understand if it was on ARs or Snipers only but I see it on every fucking gun! I saw it on SMGs and even shotguns. Its a horrible META thats going on atm.
