Flashing ROM's to the BennVenn GBA Multi-Cart (256Mbyte)

Flashing ROM's to this massive cart is quick and easy with our Joey Jr cart flasher. On average 9minutes to flash the entire 256Mbytes.
These carts can be flashed with competing cart flashers like the GBxRW though expect 2hours+ to flash the entire 256MB on these slower flashers.

I have some questions. Does it work if I do it on a Mac? Also, do I need to flash all blocks to the cart, or just the used ones? Can I use this to make one single game that takes up all 8 blocks, or will it need to be separated into 8 games?

I like that its nice, short and straight to the point. I do have a question though, it might be a stupid. For these multi-carts is it also possible to rip/dump the current roms that are saved onto the cart? For example if you buy a bootleg that's compatible with the Joey Jr and it has 8 games/rom preinstalled can you extract them?

Yes, They are usually grouped in 32mbyte 'blocks', sometimes two or more roms in each block. You can change the blocks using the mode.txt file, MGBA0, MGBA1, MGBA2 etc.

Been is it normal for visualboy to crash when I load pokemon crystal straight from the joey jr or after copying it to my pc? The emulator loads it, but when I click continue horizontal lines appear on the emulator and it freezes. The time is also messy it says???

Check you're using the latest firmware on the Joey, check your cart pins are clean, check you're using the latest VBA-M version. It should load up fine in an emulator with your save available. RTC won't work in VBA-M due to them making their own RTC standard

Unrelated question, I was trying to Flash an old bootleg Fujitsu?? cart(it has 16MB) with Pokemon Ruby, but before that, I cleaned the cart, replaced the battery, SRAM Patched a clean Ruby ROM+Clock fix using GBATA. Flashing was successful, game works and saves, but whenever I load the game, there's an error message that's says my save is corrupt, previous save file will be loaded. But I still get loaded not to a previous save file but actually to my literal most recent save. I'm slightly far in the game and still happens every time and kinda annoying now. Is there a way to remove that error message via ips patch or anything? Thank you.

It's common to just change that phrase to "Save will be loaded" or something like that. It's what the bootlegs do

RTC file's will only appear if the cart has a RTC - still supported

I’ve tried downloading unbound on a cart from this. Only run on my ds lite but it won’t play. Runs on gba runner on pc but not when transferred.

Unbound needs 128kbytes of Flash Save RAM on the cart. There are no bootleg carts with this type of memory. If the Unbound devs decide to remove all the unnecessary intro's, there may be enough room to patch the rom. Right now, there is no room for a patch.
