Yeah those are aquilegia, they come in many different colours, they seed really easily so tend to take over a garden once you have 1 you have hundreds! Beautiful flowers though, can't wait to see how you translate them onto the nail!😍

Hi Kirsty! Love your work. I get my nails done at one of those Vietnamese salons here in America. Just this morning my dogs got into a fight, and when I grabbed the dog that started it to pull him away, my acrylic nails were so long that they all broke off. I noticed there was blood on the floor and my hands, it wasn’t from the dogs, it was mine! My acrylic nails were lying on the floor, still attached to my real nails. Would this have happened if I had my acrylics done the correct way?

Lauren Murphy, unfortunately, most US salons that have cheaper prices use MMA, not EMA. MMA is banned by the Fed Gov't because it's known to damage (weaken) your nails & other parts of your anatomy. EMA is more expensive, so the mani is gonna be more expensive. I stopped going to salons once I learned that. I do my own nails at home using dip powder. More expensive up front for the kit, but I can do multiple manis from a single kit. So, it's cheaper in the long run. If you're not comfortable doing your own nails at home, research other salons in your area. You're most likely going to pay more, but they shouldn't rip your natural nails off.

Those flowers are called honey suckles where I'm from. I have never seen them with such pretty colours though. Usually just red with some yellow in them. You should be able to pick off those little swan looking things and suck out the nector from those little balls on the end. ✌❤😊

Wow. That's really different than what we call honeysuckle in the US! Our honeysuckle is a big bush with thousands of tiny, white, star-shaped flowers. It looks almost the same as jasmine.

Kira Sutton actually acrylic would be safe for ur thin nails and may help them grown, but dont go to a normal nail spa. They tend to use MMA which is the same chemical used to make teeth for people by dentists. Imagine how hard that is! It won't allow ur nail to bend and they do have to file A LOT to apply it. I recommend finding a personal nail tech becaude they have EMA which is softer and allows it nail to bend if u hit it as well as it doesn't require a lot of filing just for the shine to be removed. It can be expensive becaus and EMA is more expensive than MMA but it is safer. If not acrylic then u can go to a regular nail spa for a gel polish, or a dip nail (which is a simpler way to have acrylic containing no MMA) I would also like to point out MMA is banned by the federal government because it can cause infection and cancer and such. Yet salons still use it because it is cheeper:) hope this information helped u with your problem. You can also paint your own nails and put jojoba oil on then which will allow them to grow health. Avoid thing can can break your nail and wheven u get a snag file it ASAP so ur entire nail doesn't break
