Wonderful tips. I used to have more spin and less penetration on BH & FH. You tips are really helpful to me. Stay low, strech the body & arm far to the target as longer as you can. Try to avoid body up, hand up after contact point.

Well I already figured how to get more bigger penetration through the court with the One Hand Backhand Slice drive. To solve the weak sitter slice issue I had to change my grip and also change my swing. That variation of slice I do now using the bottom edge of the racquet to drive it using the low to high swing motion. Works well off all the low balls and turns it into a big penerating groundstroke drive which is what I wanted to stop all those weak short floating slices that sit up in the court.

Some backhand that was with incredible footwork. Even in his 40's his footwork was excellent.
