Anyone else noticed a running trend on this channel? Apprentices aren't used as cheap labour and are put straight on the tools under the wing of a time-served tradesman. Go on the boys!

Hi evocarti much appreciated, I think it’s important to have a healthy balance of both to keep the apprentice keen and feel they are moving forward and help build there confidence have a wonderful week all the best Tony 👍

hes a lucky lad getting on job training with a good set of builders, classroom stuff is good dont get me wrong, but onsite training is invaluable. this crew arent a bunch of cowboys doing dangerous shit and bodgy work, thats getting rarer to find these days.

Great vlog Tony, loved the teaching bit, covered best practice to do the job. Like the tool shed and as you say, saves loading/unloading daily. Looked good after covering was put down. Well done, quality jobs as per usual from your team. Stay well all.

Hi Tony and team, hope u don’t mind me saying but was in the construction industry as a heating engineer for 30+ years, until I was forced to retire after a big back injury, can see its very evident of how much care and attention & detail all of u take , so refreshing to see u also pass on ur vast knowledge , have a fantastic team and indeed is rare these days to see that , thk u so much for sharing a small snippet into the day to day running of ur business , imagine ur so very proud of every single one of them, stay safe and well my friend and thks again

@@BuildWithAE Hi Tony , ur so welcome and justly deserved , feel the construction industry gets a bad rap because of the small minority tarnishing the many 1,000’s of skilled trades who take so much pride in their work , also Usero really enjoy teaching the newbies to the industry , I went on to just doing the fault finding in oil and gas boilers, then wiring errors and wiring up to large UFH systems, plus was nice passing on the little tricks that u pick up over time, ie using a magnet on cold feeds in air seps / H systems etc , not trying to blow smoke as they say , just massive respect for putting ur company and the team out there in what great work that u do , stay safe and well 👍

Your place is one of the few where apprentices really learn a lot, the way how you teach the practical use of tools and making easy but good work is exemplary. We watching the videos can learn a lot as well this way.
