If you're going to use WD-40, make sure it is Silicone and not the penetration formula. The penetrate style WD-40 will kill the bearings in the long run because it will eat away the grease. Thanks for the video. I'm hoping to get a FEC hub set soon so it is good to know how to repair them. Cheers.

I believe he was saying wd40 to clean you would re grease after. The hub is worth every penny

yYou can simply clamp the hub from the non-driver side, from the outside of the dropout or any wrench. And just unscrew the nut from the driver side. Without any special tools! But it also good video with close view
