Just about everybody even in a track suit don’t know how to track efficiently. The key is to shape your body like a wing head down shoulders tucked into neck toes pointed and touching no space between legs . Hands hugging side body curled to cup the air in front of you like your laying on a ball 10 times your size with pressure against it and tuck chin. This is the most efficient way to track i even in a suit. Go find a video where the tracker doesn’t have his legs out wide. 1/1 glide ratio and 100-160

You mean like towards the end of this video? The wider leg stance earlier in the video is a transitional stage in tracking for sure. The goal is what you describe.

fin 75-77 : test dérive de 2500m jusqu ' à 800m un bon dériveur gagnait dans les 1000m à l ' horizontale. .matériel pas aussi profilé que maintenant .
