This was gorgeous babe. U said u have issues with your nape? Try isolating it when style, asin leave your edges alone and nape. Also try using some oils that helps in thickness and growth, palm oil, castor oil, blackseed oil among others. Ambunu and chebe is African and can be found in Africa and great for our hair, if your hair breaks a lot you need more protein treatments sis. Cook some rice and blend, sieve to remove particles then use as hair mask it will help strengthen your hair. I wish you best of luck sis

I have tried your hairstyle several times trying to get down the method that you use when you flat twist. My flat twist are Tighter and I kind of twist my hair as I am doing my flat twist but I love your hairstyles very simple inelegant. Thank you for the inspiration

Hi Sis. Don't twist tight. Count the loops if you loop 10 times back down to 5. In other words think of like this. You know when we put our little girls hair in a pony tail and twist it, initially it looks like a thin rope until we let go and we get that puff. Well the puff is the result of less tension. Also you can fluff with a pick.

My hair is 4C also and before I started deep conditioning my hair looks a bit dry and it always splits. When I started deep conditioning once a week I haven't found that I had a split in issue anymore and my hair will actually grow past 11 in now.

Hi, they last me for a week. You could push for a bit longer but my scalp starts to feel dry so a week.
