Good evening Lea, Iceland is so beautiful. Great (drone) footage. I love the quietness of such places like Flatey. But not for too long😅. I remember from Norway that you could have all types of weather in one day or a few days. You just had to be prepared with the right clothing in your backpack. We had snow in the middle of summer and a few days later it was sunny with 28°C.

My great grandmother grew up on Flatey. She moved to the mainland when she met my great grandfather to a town in the west fjords called Flateyri. There she raised 6 children and lived for the rest of her life.

when will KZbin learn that the intrusive ads are very counterproductive. I will not use anything sdvertised and leave an such businesses that I may already use. It's good to have Lea back though

Unfortunately you also can’t decide so much on the adds no more. I of course want to leave some of the adds with my videos to at least cover a little bit of the costs that I have when traveling and compensate for the time I put into the videos - but since I am back there is no option no more to choose which kind of adds to have (I always only had skipable ones because I really think it’s bareable to watch a few seconds and give me a small income with that). Now they can just put whatever they like as soon as you agree on advertisement on the videos. 😑😑😑

Welcome back! I missed you. I would love to go to Iceland, and your video makes it even more enticing. This spring, I rode down the Appalachian Mountains and went out to the ocean. Your videos were a great guide for that trip! Although, I didn't enjoy the Outerbanks as much as you did. In my KZbin video, I went on a rant about why I didn't like it but included a link to your video for people to get a happier description. Anyhow, congrats on your baby and welcome to a new way of life. There is nothing better than being a parent! Fun fact about the two residents is that they absolutely hate each other and never speak. They take turns welcoming the ferry in the off-season, but are never at the pier at the same time. Legend has it their quarrels began with a woman :)
