Actually, the Xbox 360 was outselling the PS3 for a long time. The PS3 didn't have any decent exclusives until two or three years after its launch. The PS3 and 360 ended up selling almost the exact same amount of units.

I love how you added the playstation loading screen. Brought back a lot of memory. Never had a game console before 1998 the Playstation was my first one. It was also the only one I ever owned. I got into PC gaming around the time the PS2 came out. Played lots of Tomb Raider, Twisted Metal. Over head view GTA, Syphon Filter, Metal Gear Solid. It was awesome. You couldn't touch PC gaming with a console back then. The PC games have been dumbed down a lot since 2007.

@Flatlife 3:39 fun fact: the pillars on PS2 changes depending on the games on the console, the more games there is in the console the more pillars will be added, and the length of the pillars depends on the size of the games installed on the console which impressed the players and critics for adding such a great detail for that time showing that PS was way ahead of it's time since the begining

Fun Fact: The amount of towers that can see on the startup screen of PlayStation 2 depends of amount of data too, the more advanced data you have on the console, more towers will appear on the startup screen and the towers will become more bigger.

Maybe you're too young lol, but the analog sticks controller was out for the original Play Station, before the PS2 was launched. I had those in 1999. And a few games could ONLY be played on those, since the regular directional buttons were assigned other functions such as moving the camera view around or navigating the menus. I think one of those games is Ape Escape.

I used to have an Xbox 360 with two controllers that I used to play on nearly every day (I have an Xbox One now) but both of my controllers A buttons broke meaning I couldn’t play anything so I used my Dads old PS3 and the load up was so nice and I loved it as much as I loved my Xbox 360. (Meaning I love all consoles and I even play Nintendo Switch and PC!)
