Flatruetvägen is the highest public road in Sweden. Altitude 975 meters above sea level. Driving this road gives you a mighty view.

I would think the tree line is around 800 meters. And a very open area trees dont like. I guess there is not a lot of moments with no wind up here. Mighty view yes indeed, if i would have own a camper/RW i would have stayed there for one Night. I am not shure about the camping rules at this place Flatruet. But i believe you can stay one or two nights. Thanks for watching and nice comment Greetings

I just checked the rules for camping at Flatruet. One Night is ok to camp.

Yes caravans can drive this road. A lot of of them can be seen 11:45 in the video

This was in the Middle of june and you drive from Funäsdalen towards Brukvallarna and turn right sign Flatruet. Then you just follow the road to Flatruet. Good luck and safe Driving
