Finally getting butterkäse _(known in most supermarkets as "German butter cheese")_ featured on RFS! That's one of my favorite all-time cheeses because it's _so fucking soft,_ you have no idea. _It's like a cheese _*_marshmallow._* Its ability to stretch and compress is hilarious, and the taste is second to none, so creamy and delicious.

The grilled cheese as buns reminded me of this diner I went to in North Myrtle, too bad they've gone out of business. It was called something like the "Hot Diggity Diner" and they had some burgers with grilled cheese as buns. They also had an eating challenge that was a pound of fries, a double cheeseburger made with grilled cheese as the buns, I think the burger patties were both half pound each as well, and then hiding at the bottom of the basket under all the fries is another grilled cheese.
