Jaclyn has always been really good at describing the process of which she does her makeup. If my past teachers would have taught me the way Jaclyn teaches us how to recreate a make up looks, I would have gone to Harvard.

lmao no I've been told several occasions that I resemble Samara Morgan from the ring if I forget to curl the ends of my hair one day; so thats fun. Plus my dark hair makes my pale skin jump out more which some could say is a nice contrast, but I leave the house thinking i've put on enough bronzer and blush to make me look healthy and normal, and then I see pictures of myself and I realize i'm still whiter than paper, after countless coats of contour.. YAY!

I love how the majority of hateful comments are from men saying “ladies we don’t like blah blah blah” sorry boys, when we spend hundreds of dollars and hours upon hours to beat our faces it’s not for YOUR enjoyment. It’s to EMPOWER ourselves. We are beautiful WITH and WITHOUT makeup but if we PREFER to emphasize what we love about ourselves that’s our choice. And to the women shaming her.. try to learn to build each other up instead of tearing each other down. You’ll feel a lot better about yourself. 👊🏼

After reading the comment section, I just felt the need to add some love. This video has inspired me to embrace my pale skin instead of feeling like I need a tan. Her makeup is gorgeous, and is clearly not intended to please other people, it makes her feel good and confident. Also, I think it would be such a great idea for her to collab with other MUA's of every skin tone so they can make their own version of this video, since she can't offer much input on how to best apply makeup to deep skin tones. Love and acceptance of every ethnicity is essential.

Damn the amount of hate on this video is insane. So much negativity, especially targeted towards how pale she looks. This look is so pretty , I'm so pale and I always find it so hard to do ANY kind of eye shadow look that is darker because I tend to look washed out. I'm glad you did this look because there are so many people out there who are not tanned and so many videos these days are geared towards tanned skin. Never listen to the hate

Hi im bored so heres a brownie recipe *Ingredients* 200 g quality dark chocolate (70%) 250 g unsalted butter 75 g dried sour cherries , optional 50 g chopped nuts , optional 80 g quality cocoa powder 65 g plain flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 360 g caster sugar 4 large free-range eggs *Method* Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/gas 4. Line a 24cm square baking tin with greaseproof paper. Snap the chocolate into a large bowl, add the butter and place over a pan of simmering water, until melted, stirring regularly. Stir through the cherries and nuts (if using). Sift the cocoa powder and flour into a separate bowl, add the baking powder and sugar, then mix together. Add the dry ingredients to the chocolate, cherry and nut mixture and stir together well. Beat the eggs, then mix in until you have a silky consistency. Pour the brownie mix into the baking tin, and place in the oven for around 25 minutes. You don’t want to overcook them so, unlike cakes, you don’t want a skewer to come out clean - the brownies should be slightly springy on the outside but still gooey in the middle. Allow to cool in the tray, then carefully transfer to a large chopping board and cut into chunky squares. Delicious served with a dollop of crème fraîche or yoghurt mixed with some orange zest.

Grateful for a community full of people who understand that wearing makeup isn’t just covering up what you have because you’re insecure, it’s a fun way to boost confidence!! Shoutout to everyone who gets that you can be confident without makeup but still appreciates a bomb full beat. Not a lot of people in my real life get that, so hiiiii KZbin.

Shelby Hall same! The physicians formula eye booster in blackest black per Thataylaa’s recommendation has helped me learn. I still love using my darkest contour powder as liner though.

I loved this video so much, my boyfriend just bought me your palette that I have wanted for about a year for my birthday. A new Morphe store just opened in Sacramento at Arden fair and he took me there and let me pick whatever I wanted. This video was published just in time for me to use it ! I am so excited . My skin is so light too, and this just helps with a lot of routine things I do . I love the benefit hoola bronzer I think it will work well with your palette colors . Wish I had the vault too it was beautiful !! Thank you so much ! 🙏

Yaritza Suarez haha I think she wanted to say that she used 3 eyeshadows for the smokey eye. The other ones were for highlighting and bottom lash line 😄

Yasss. It’s such a struggle for me to feel confident with my very fair skin. Like when my friends and I go to the beach, they all leave looking like bronzed goddesses while no matter how much sunscreen I put on, I leave RED! I’ve leaned to love my pale skin, but dang I am so happy you made this video!

You’re absolutely gorgeous and meeting you was one of the coolest moments in my life. So good to see you happy and slaying as always!!! Love you!! Keep on keepin’ on!

Erika Ruiz Actually...I am. My father is pretty light skinned and my mother is very white. Sorry my skin isn’t dark enough for you to classify me as black. But, thankfully, I don’t need your approval.
