Flau’Jae is lyricist and rapper, I hope she will continue to drop records with or without a record deal (for example mix tapes)! I don’t see her and Latto on the same level, their style or content is completely different. Female rappers say there is enough room for more women but many of them don’t want to share the stage. I hope Flau’Jae will provide a platform for others when she is in the position to do so. I hope she continues to develop her skills, put in the work, and be ready to run through the doors because her time is coming! It is refreshing to here a woman rap about other things and not just the same sex, body parts, and designer clothing. Also, I hate hearing people trying to get her to pick between music and playing basketball. One most people can do multiple things exceptionally well, most people hold multiple interests, and multiple people make money from various streams. Also, when males do both they are encouraged to do both! Suggestion: This was a good interview. But I think the interviewers need to do a little more research and the should be prepared with a bio. I don’t thing the Gus’s she introduced themselves and run down their resume!
