Recipe is good! Now, take this example, to make a tea, we put tea leaves in water and let it boil until the flavor of tea leaves mix with the water and we throw the tea leaves aka chai patti! Now apply same thing here, the spinach already lose its nutritional value when you did the blanch process, which we can just avoid. Simply cook the spinach with little water and then blend!
