You should look into undertones. It looks like you have cooler undertones. I have cool undertones as well, and my skin is about as dark as yours in the winter, and even darker in the summer. It took forever, but I realized my problem with yellow concealers, it was the undertones. If you have a concealer or foundation that is too yellow toned, you can add blue color corrector to it to neutralize the yellow. After I do that, I add peach color corrector because I have cool pink undertones.
