Welcome back to my channel, where today I’ll be reacting to Enes Yilmazer’s latest Beverly Hills mansion tour. Enes Yilmazer took us through a stunning $68 million mansion in the heart of Beverly Hills, hyping up its grandeur and luxury without mentioning any flaws. In this detailed reaction video, I’ll take you through Enes Yilmazer’s Beverly Hills mansion tour again, but this time, highlighting all the aspects he missed and discussing why this Beverly Hills property hasn't sold yet.
Enes Yilmazer’s portrayal of the Beverly Hills mansion was filled with enthusiasm; however, he overlooked several critical elements that could deter potential buyers. Throughout my video, I address these flaws that Enes Yilmazer did not discuss during his Beverly Hills mansion tour. From the impractical design choices to the lack of modern amenities, I provide constructive criticism and suggestions on how the Beverly Hills mansion could be improved to justify its hefty price tag.
Moreover, the infamous history associated with this Beverly Hills mansion, tied to Sharon Tate and Charles Manson, casts a long shadow over its legacy. Despite its luxury, the tragic events involving Sharon Tate by Charles Manson’s followers 50 years ago are a significant part of its history. In my reaction, I explore how Enes Yilmazer’s Beverly Hills mansion tour does not cover this dark past and how it affects potential buyers’ perceptions today.
In this video, I aim to give a balanced view contrasting Enes Yilmazer’s Beverly Hills mansion tour, pointing out what could really make this Beverly Hills property shine and how it could potentially overcome the stigma of the Sharon Tate and Charles Manson legacy. Watch as I dissect Enes Yilmazer’s Beverly Hills mansion tour, providing a more grounded perspective on this Beverly Hills mansion.
Stay tuned as we delve deeper into what makes or breaks the sale of such high-profile Beverly Hills properties, often missed in typical mansion tours like those conducted by Enes Yilmazer. If you’re curious about the real value behind the hype of Enes Yilmazer’s Beverly Hills mansion tours, this video is for you!
Don't forget to like, comment, and subscribe for more insightful reactions to Beverly Hills mansion tours and deep dives into the stories that shape these properties. Let’s get real about real estate with Enes Yilmazer’s Beverly Hills mansion tours and beyond!

Well, I am going to be brutally honest... Is it wrong to want more content from you? I have been binging your channel and I am absolutely enjoying your reactions twice a week. However, I am having withdrawal symptoms after each video is over. I think your insight and knowledge really shapes why we like looking at houses so much, you expand our imagination and our ability to visualize a place with people, events, activities, reactions, etc. Enes' videos are excellent because they have great cinematography and he is thorough, he actually shows a lot of the houses fluidly. But I must say that I have not found a single real estate youtuber that provides as much valuable information as you. Thanks for the tea man, really appreciated!

The house was built on the site of Sharon Tate’s home. The only piece that was original to that home was part of the garage wall. I worked on this house as an interior designer when it was under construction about 29 years ago, I have to admit, even in Broad daylight on the job site there was a strange vibe. Originally it was to be a country French style architecture, but there were many changes while it was under construction, which explains what you see here. I had not thought about this place until I came across it today on your channel.

Enes: "Here, you have these architectural chalk outlines on the floor that are very unique, and add to the fame of this site. Mikey, can you pan down to them?" Mikey: "I keep telling you when you're looking up or down, it's tilting, not panning." Enes: "When I mysteriously get rid of you, you will have plenty of time to discuss that with everyone."

The more secretive they remain about the situation with Mikey, the more it invites speculation. It's quite unusual for a 50% partner of a channel to suddenly disappear without any communication from the remaining partner. Ultimately, it's their decision, its their channel and they can do what ever they want... but from a public relations standpoint, it's arguably a poor strategy

@@ArvinHaddadOfficial When your numbers get remotely close to Enes' perhaps then would be appropriate time to offer unsolicited advise. As much as you are putting effort into presenting what you are doing differently, you are building your channel off of Enes' back - also by bashing, more or less subtle, the way he goes about his business. It' not a good PR to talk publicly about your business decisions, unless the circumstances requires such approach, which here, apart from people being noisy, is not the case. Enes doesn't seem to need help with his business, unlike you. Besides, while these are the same grounds where the Manson murders took place, it's not the same house - original one was demolished following the case. This house is not a crime spot, it was built few years after. Sensationalism can give you quick boost, but will bite you in a long term. How about sharing one of your tours here where you 'educate' your buyers about flaws of the property you are payed to sell? Hypocrite much?

Another fantastic video Arvin, I've been binge watching your vids since I stumbled across your channel a week ago. I love watching Enes videos and take them for what they are: promotional videos. You on the other hand provide a warts and all review of those properties; it's informative and eye opening even for a construction manager like me who has built mansions and commercial buildings throughout my career. I love your proposed solutions to the layout, and I concur with your $10-$20m price tag to refurbish this property and bring it up to market expectations. Your review was very fair and balanced, and a must watch for anyone interested in real estate and property development. I look forward to watching this channel gain more traction.

This property boasts some positives, and let's be honest, it's the outdoor areas & exterior which stand out as the prime draws. I appreciate its departure from the typical concrete, metal/chrome, and marble/stone 3-4 story boxes, a design aesthetic of which I've grown tired. However, the style and decor appear to be a muddled blend, and the floor plan lacks coherence, as you rightly pointed out. Enes never draws attention to any architectural, design, or decor missteps during his home tours. Instead, he skillfully presents them as unique bonuses. Almost like a used car salesman. I wonder if he's incentivized to portray homes in nothing but a positive light, either through financial arrangements or the promise of access to more properties. That said, your candor is refreshing, as many of the issues you highlight are ones I could identify myself. You've earned my subscription, and I look forward to binge-watching your channel. Keep up the excellent work! Lastly, I learned this house was built by the creator of the show "Full House" and initially listed for $85 million, an insanely exorbitant price tag. While some may choose to overlook this property due to its grim history, involving the tragic deaths of five individuals, including Sharon Tate and her unborn child, others might be drawn to its macabre and gruesome past. It's impossible to predict the preferences of potential buyers, but undoubtedly, the property's history must limit the pool of interested parties. It's not surprising they slashed its initial listing price.

I adore the kitchen. I very much like how closed kitchens passively discourage people from getting underfoot, the semi-rustic/contemporary( ?) vibe paired with the woodwork scratches an itch, the pizza oven is fabulous, and there's more than enough room for canning and grinding meat. We're in agreement on getting rid of that blasted aquarium and combining those other rooms, though. If anything, I wish the kitchen and pantry were part of a different home. The property's past doesn't faze me (I lived in Vicksburg), but most of it gets on my nerves in some way.

You're essentially a reaction channel benefiting from Enes's success. It'd be appreciated if you thanked him for presenting the tour at the beginning. Ideally, you'd plan your own original tour of the property and highlight any flaws instead of capitalizing on Enes's hard work. There's also misinformation circulating that he's hyping properties to make sales, which is false as he's no longer in that line of work. For more details, watch his video "I Quit." Additionally, Mikey receives credit in all his videos in the description. I believe he's not fired but dealing with personal issues.

The irony is not lost on me that reacting to these videos is really helping me spread my message. For the record, he is the best at what he does, significantly better than others, and that’s why I react to his videos. The other ones are almost impossible to watch, so painful. @@ArvinHaddadOfficial I understand your point, but a genuine buyer may gather information from various sources and conduct their own evaluation of the property. It's unlikely they'll watch Enes's video and decide to buy the house. While he does generate hype, he also presents the entire layout. Just need to completely gut the inside, and change the layout throughout. Here is my shameless plug for this video. I hope you have a good sense of humor. I really enjoy your channel. Excellent video! "On today's episode of The Bad and The Ugly of LA's Mansions, Arvin lends his insight to the former site of the Tate murders. Is it a buy? Is it a gut job? Or is it a complete teardown? Stay tuned until the end for today's verdict."

This house made me wonder--with a lot of these ultra mansions, the furniture is supposed to be integral to the decor. Is it typical for buyers to expect furnishings to convey? I know sometimes a buyer might say "I don't like any of that, take it away" but if the decor is really what they like, is it typical? It's hard to imagine anyone would sell a mega mansion with no staging.

Question on that monstrosity above. You briefly mentioned it but is there any ongoing concern about noise from parties? That guy is building a *party* place. As I understand it, he also isn't/wasn't being completely transparent and ethical with the build, trying to go many levels deep underground.

This is a beautiful Moorish Mediterranean mansion with a nice view of the city of Los Angeles perched on top of the hill. I am a sucker for French doors and French windows. I like the house balcony, I also like the minimalist fountain in the foyer. If this mansion was mine, I would have changed the outside design to the symmetrical Venetian Mediterranean or USA Colonial style. I would have destroyed all the rooms inside the house and make all the living areas open design. I would have replaced the resort pools with a long vertical lap pool and a jacuzzi. I would have built a garden and a nice fountain by the pool.

Even though the kitchen cabinetry is dated, I still like it. IMO, a kitchen should *look* like a kitchen, not an ultra minimalist, glass & marble box. So many of these mega-mansions all look the same nowadays… they’re cold and soulless. But, I’m poor, so I don’t have a chef’s kitchen and I actually use and live in every square foot of my tiny, 3 bedroom house. 😂

Enes' pronunciation is good, though there's nothing Andalucian about the room (the roof tiles yes). Your "th" pronunciation is used for "z" (Cadiz). Note I spelled it with a "C" which is correct in Andalucia. Recall Andaluz is spoken fast, and is shortened when ever possible. Edwardo is "Edu".

Ok. I have a problem with old houses, specially houses where you see that the furniture and spaces were used by someone else. I, a millionaire or billionaire, wouldn't want to live and use other people's stuff when I have money to have my own. The biggest plus of this house to me are the driveway, the location, where you have nice views and a certain privacy, and that "backyard". That is really good. But I would honestly change everything if I would buy this house, I'd buy for the location and backyard, but I would destroy that house entirely and build a new more modern one. With that being said, I wouldn't pay that price only for the location/views/driveway. And yes, a murder that happened years ago, but is still a historic murder that will be talked about for ages is also a downside. Netflix will never let you forget about it.
