Welcome back to my channel, where today I’ll be reacting to Enes Yilmazer’s latest Beverly Hills mansion tour. Enes Yilmazer took us through a stunning $68 million mansion in the heart of Beverly Hills, hyping up its grandeur and luxury without mentioning any flaws. In this detailed reaction video, I’ll take you through Enes Yilmazer’s Beverly Hills mansion tour again, but this time, highlighting all the aspects he missed and discussing why this Beverly Hills property hasn't sold yet.
Enes Yilmazer’s portrayal of the Beverly Hills mansion was filled with enthusiasm; however, he overlooked several critical elements that could deter potential buyers. Throughout my video, I address these flaws that Enes Yilmazer did not discuss during his Beverly Hills mansion tour. From the impractical design choices to the lack of modern amenities, I provide constructive criticism and suggestions on how the Beverly Hills mansion could be improved to justify its hefty price tag.
Moreover, the infamous history associated with this Beverly Hills mansion, tied to Sharon Tate and Charles Manson, casts a long shadow over its legacy. Despite its luxury, the tragic events involving Sharon Tate by Charles Manson’s followers 50 years ago are a significant part of its history. In my reaction, I explore how Enes Yilmazer’s Beverly Hills mansion tour does not cover this dark past and how it affects potential buyers’ perceptions today.
In this video, I aim to give a balanced view contrasting Enes Yilmazer’s Beverly Hills mansion tour, pointing out what could really make this Beverly Hills property shine and how it could potentially overcome the stigma of the Sharon Tate and Charles Manson legacy. Watch as I dissect Enes Yilmazer’s Beverly Hills mansion tour, providing a more grounded perspective on this Beverly Hills mansion.
Stay tuned as we delve deeper into what makes or breaks the sale of such high-profile Beverly Hills properties, often missed in typical mansion tours like those conducted by Enes Yilmazer. If you’re curious about the real value behind the hype of Enes Yilmazer’s Beverly Hills mansion tours, this video is for you!

Well, I am going to be brutally honest... Is it wrong to want more content from you? I have been binging your channel and I am absolutely enjoying your reactions twice a week. However, I am having withdrawal symptoms after each video is over. I think your insight and knowledge really shapes why we like looking at houses so much, you expand our imagination and our ability to visualize a place with people, events, activities, reactions, etc. Enes' videos are excellent because they have great cinematography and he is thorough, he actually shows a lot of the houses fluidly. But I must say that I have not found a single real estate youtuber that provides as much valuable information as you. Thanks for the tea man, really appreciated!

The house was built on the site of Sharon Tate’s home. The only piece that was original to that home was part of the garage wall. I worked on this house as an interior designer when it was under construction about 29 years ago, I have to admit, even in Broad daylight on the job site there was a strange vibe. Originally it was to be a country French style architecture, but there were many changes while it was under construction, which explains what you see here. I had not thought about this place until I came across it today on your channel.

Somehow it's creepier that they'd demolish everything except some random wall...
@zennerstein
@zennerstein 6 ай бұрын
Not sure if keeping the wall has anything to do with creepiness, but merely dollars and cents. If you level the whole house, the builder needs to deal with the city as a “New Build.” If the builder keeps one wall, then it is listed as a “Renovation.” I believe all zoning, setbacks, easements, underground utilities, etc… are grandfathered in to the time the house was originally built. Also, permitting fees are less, and I believe taxes are less. I wouldn’t be surprised if you looked at the tax records or the MLS for that house, it would state the house was built 60-70 years ago, though, what you see was actually built not too long ago.

I'm sure there were strange vibes, but on the hill behind the property of the Sharon Tate home, some guy built a home about three or four stories and his house is haunted by Sharon Tate, Jay Sebring, Anne? Folgers. The house was on Ghost Hunters, and it was awesome what they found.

The more I watch these, the more I realize these super rich home tours aren't worth anything. Buying the most expensive home in the world will not buy me happiness, and no shade to Arvin, but constantly worrying about what is and what isn't going to add value to my house isn't going to make me happy either. I don't have to value what other people would pay an arm and a leg for; just make a home for yourself and your family.

You on the other hand provide a warts and all review of those properties; it's informative and eye opening even for a construction manager like me who has built mansions and commercial buildings throughout my career. I love your proposed solutions to the layout, and I concur with your $10-$20m price tag to refurbish this property and bring it up to market expectations. Your review was very fair and balanced, and a must watch for anyone interested in real estate and property development. I look forward to watching this channel gain more traction.

I live in a tiny, below-market-rate, rent-controlled junior 1-BR in SF and don't know much about real estate, but before you comment on them, I frequently notice many of the flaws you point out in your videos. Yeah, the architecture is all over the place with too many cultural influences. Regarding the newness of this mansion, I saw it in a paranormal video while it was still under construction, where KZbinrs were investigating the nearby Oman house, which is renowned for being extremely haunted. Supposedly, the nearby residents also encounter a lot of paranormal activity. BTW, I always thought Enes came across as a used car salesman in his videos, and it's great how you put him on blast.

This property boasts some positives, and let's be honest, it's the outdoor areas & exterior which stand out as the prime draws. I appreciate its departure from the typical concrete, metal/chrome, and marble/stone 3-4 story boxes, a design aesthetic of which I've grown tired. However, the style and decor appear to be a muddled blend, and the floor plan lacks coherence, as you rightly pointed out. Enes never draws attention to any architectural, design, or decor missteps during his home tours. Instead, he skillfully presents them as unique bonuses. Almost like a used car salesman. I wonder if he's incentivized to portray homes in nothing but a positive light, either through financial arrangements or the promise of access to more properties. That said, your candor is refreshing, as many of the issues you highlight are ones I could identify myself. You've earned my subscription, and I look forward to binge-watching your channel. Keep up the excellent work! Lastly, I learned this house was built by the creator of the show "Full House" and initially listed for $85 million, an insanely exorbitant price tag. While some may choose to overlook this property due to its grim history, involving the tragic deaths of five individuals, including Sharon Tate and her unborn child, others might be drawn to its macabre and gruesome past. It's impossible to predict the preferences of potential buyers, but undoubtedly, the property's history must limit the pool of interested parties. It's not surprising they slashed its initial listing price.

100% agreed with knocking down the wall of the kitchen to create more kitchen space. Small kitchen for a 60m house. The basement/"game room"/theatre level is a lot of lost potential I feel. Filling up the hallway with seats, foosball table and the pinball machines just to make it look less empty. Maybe knock down some walls and open the usable space up. Agreed that the bar down there is somewhere you'll never hang out, unless you're a vampire. That said I think the architects made the best use of the space possible for the most part especially with everything surrounding the primary bedroom, they put a lot of nice touches into making that connect to the rest of the house. Great video.

If you're not into the big hobby of taking care of that aquarium you'll have to hire a full time guy to do that. But I think the history of the property, though grim, actually adds to the value. A lot of people want some connection to big cultural events.

I adore the kitchen. I very much like how closed kitchens passively discourage people from getting underfoot, the semi-rustic/contemporary( ?) vibe paired with the woodwork scratches an itch, the pizza oven is fabulous, and there's more than enough room for canning and grinding meat. We're in agreement on getting rid of that blasted aquarium and combining those other rooms, though. If anything, I wish the kitchen and pantry were part of a different home. The property's past doesn't faze me (I lived in Vicksburg), but most of it gets on my nerves in some way.

having two half baths close together like that is actually really good for large entertainment gatherings. not really gendered, but just to have more than one available when you have a lot of guests. Especially if you don't want them wandering off from the main entertaining spaces.

I’m gen-x and this house’s decor reminds of the the ‘80s so much. The one thing I can’t get over is Enes talking about a “long hall” like it’s a wonderful feature. For the size of our house, we have a “long hall” and I despise it. It shows lack of imagination and/or lack of space. Always question a long hall.

I agree, 30M is a good value for this mansion, plus 5-7M on renovations. They are currently down to 50M, let's see if it sells or they will keep dropping the price. Arvin, your price estimate at the end of your videos is a great new feature to your new videos. 👍 I was curious if you were to go back and give a fair market value of the 1622 viewmont promontory which hasn't sold for 4-5 yrs now, currently under 2 yr lease atm... How much do you think it will sell for in 2025-26? I'm thinking 8-10M, thoughts?

These huge properties have multiple 'living rooms, bars, TV rooms, bathrooms and dining areas.' There are more interesting ways to use the space, such as a portrait studio, an art studio, a dog wash/grooming area, a car detailing room with drainage, a ballroom for dancing, or a massive laundry/utility room with specialized equipment for pressing linens and cleaning rugs. A craft room. a family award/museum space, a seasonal decor storage room. a library. a gardening shed with greenhouse, a dormer area for reunions, kids or inebriated party guests. Where are the rooms for the staff? On a different note, as an older person, I remember the murders well and would find the location disturbing. The new home is eclectic - but I like it.

This place should remain an event rental, the space ship that now hovers over is being built as that, basically a concert/party venue. It would be raining Solo cups. Biggest reason ever not to live at 10066/10050 Cielo Dr., six innocent people were viciously murdered there by the Manson family. "Enjoy your stay. Relax, don't worry about Helter Skelter and all of those pesky murders, we've got gates, dogs, and alarms". Stigmatized property!!!

This how looks wonderful compared to the other houses he has shown. Not everyone wants open layouts which allow sounds, smells to travel around the house and creates issues when it comes to cooling and heating the place. They could get rid of the bar though. One thing i havent seen in many of the houses he shows are networking rooms or anything technical where you can place your network, audio or video equipment.

Even though the kitchen cabinetry is dated, I still like it. IMO, a kitchen should *look* like a kitchen, not an ultra minimalist, glass & marble box. So many of these mega-mansions all look the same nowadays… they’re cold and soulless. But, I’m poor, so I don’t have a chef’s kitchen and I actually use and live in every square foot of my tiny, 3 bedroom house. 😂

I like to have the kitchen out of view of the living room. I wouldn't knock down that wall but I'd have more contemporary cabinetry put in. As for the furniturishings, you're not buying that stuff are you? Decorate and paint it how you like I always prefer looking at a house with no furnishings. Back to kitchens, in some of these other videos with the very modern houses with the open kitchen they don't seem to have very much for exhaust ventilation so I can imagine any strong cooking smells are going to waft all through the house. Again why I like the kitchen to be somewhat closed off . just my thoughts.

People still go there and take photos. I like the pool and waterfall grotto, but I just couldn’t get past the fact it was a murder scene.
