Great videos, I learn a lot. That gentleman was not trying to insult you, that’s an old joke. He asked if you just printed those as if you had just made them at home. I’ve heard that one a few times. I also think he actually accidentally gave you to much money. You do the right things. Thanks for the content.

I don't think he thought you were scamming. People collect bills uncirculated and in sequential order

Plus he was looking out for him when he mention two bills can be stuck together. That happens often when they’re freshly printed.

You’re in my neck of the woods, I haven’t been to the flea market at the fairgrounds in a minute I might have to go snag those vintage NC State Sports Illustrateds that were at one of the comic booths you stopped by.

as someone that sells at flea markets ( sports cards, vintage marvel, WWE, and dbz toys and cards, records, games etc.) I've learned some things watching your videos. Like what people are looking for as far as resellers, what I should look for as far as acquiring things to sell like legos and vhs and dvds. Also seeing how venders set up their stuff has helped me sell a little more. So thanks a lot, A subscriber and a frequent "like" dropper on your videos.

This is my new favorite reseller on KZbin. I have a hard time watching other resellers. This I am glued to the screen. I love seeing the comps pop up at each sale. It’s amazing to me that you’re an expert in games and movies. Very tough category to learn. You’re so good at it and the videos go so smoothly. Keep it up Corey!

the flea markets around me suck it’s nothing but just modern junk and shoes and razors,cologne, hats
@lightshadow36837 ай бұрын
Same for me, the couple places nearby is just 20 year old junk worth absolutely nothing. You'll spend a couple hours looking through everything there and the best you'll find is like $20 worth of interesting junk with no worth, it's kind of disappointing.

The guy that said "did you just print those " was just joking around with you... the man also double checked to make sure you didn't give him to much money considering new bills tend to stick together... He realized you took him seriously so he made the comment "consecutive numbers" trying to make conservation so u would understand he wasn't being offensive... People take things way to seriously these days...

The only place in my town that takes dvd trade ins is Game Xchange. They pay .25¢ for single dvds, and .50¢ for full seasons. Then they sell them for $13+. I donated my entire dvd collection to a non profit thrift store shortly after being offered pennies for it.
@eaglerider18267 ай бұрын
I had the same type of situation at a record shop . I asked if they buy and showed him 15 which were 80's rock in very good shape that were duplicates for me . He offered me $2.00 each . I told him I agree with him doubling his money but not with him making 5 times the money . I walked over to the antique store next door and gave them to a sweet old lady working there .

I think making a video about why you should or should not buy DVD's and other older forms of media. I think people do not realize that DVD's and CD's have value, NOT all but at least 25% of these items have some sort of value when you purchase lots and boxes of stuff at a good price. I found 130 CD's at a yard sale for $30 and it was full of Rap and Rock/Metal from 70's and 80's and had a complete Ozzy CD collection I think it was 20 different Ozzy albums and sold them alone for $150. On the $30 investment I have already sold $327 even after eBay fees I have already made $150 profit and still have over $100 still listed. So needless to say I would love to hear your take on DVD's and CD's and other forms of media because there just is not a ton of videos like that especially anything new from last 2 years. Thanks for the content and I for one will be awaiting this video. I hopefully am speaking for all of us.
@FlippityFlip7 ай бұрын
You pretty much hit the nail on the head, it's metal/rock/rap that are the ones to go for, that sounds like an amazing score! Also uncommon non-mainstream pop-style music like Marina and The Diamonds, Grimes, etc are worth picking up. But yeah I rarely find any of that stuff here, and even less often in good shape for a good price. Flea Market people are all resellers themselves and ask high prices for well known rock and metal cds as you'll see in the next video.
@Rocky-N-Angel7 ай бұрын
@@FlippityFlip I do not find a lot of that stuff but most people walk by this stuff. 2 weeks ago I was at an estate sale, I seen a box with some cassette tapes in it a lot of gospel and country. Also looked like a bunch of paper mixed in it. I usually walk by this type of box but something told me to dig, I found 19 blank high biased cassette tapes new and sealed, Vintage made in Japan high quality tapes. I asked for a price and he said " $5 for all " I could not get my money out fast enough. They had comps of $25 each, I listed for $20 each and 10 have sold already. Once again this is stuff most people walk by even resellers. I would love for you to put out a video on all these different types of media, I am a watcher for sure. Thanks for the content.

Xbox live hasn't closed, only the marketplace has. If you have the physical game you can still play online so people are still paying $25 for them as of today looks like. But they'll probably start dropping a bit I think
