Watching your channel for a few years now and I can't help but notice the change in your attitude and the way you narrate them. If I recall, you were working at a pharmaceutical company and on your review for the year you were asked if you liked the job. That was all it took for you to start your channel "full time" . I just have to say that you really do seem MUCH HAPPIER, the way you shoot your videos you are having so much fun just going through the "tote man's" loads. The Tote Man allows for us to help unpack the trailer. By doing so, you essentially get the first look on what is in that tote & shoppers love that! I look for a variety of things, from items that I sell to things that I sell/collect such as ephemera, vintage items (toys, clothing), and you can't beat paying less for household/health & beauty products!

You have a purple tint...looks c-c-c-cold! I have 3 Beanie Baby Fr-gs...they are quite cute! That box of vintage Kodak 35MM film cartridges looks like the collection I have...great for storing small parts. Like almost everything today...have turned into plastic. The collection of black cat items is a neat find! Would have picked those up myself.

I miss it too! I have a few clips of garbage picking, but it would make for around a 3 minute video. One town has changed their pick-up day which has made for such a change in what people put out and another town has gone to everything has to be in a garbage can, so very little, if anything, is put out.

How about that! Black cat set and Friday is the 13th! "I can't put my arms down!" - Randy. So that cafe has gone the way of Toby's? Has Toby's been torn down? If so, I guess you didn't get the atom on top or you would have said. The fork-tailed devil in the first box would have come home with me (P-38 Lightning - WWII fighter). In honor of your Phillipsburg finds, I hereby paste the lyrics of the PHS alma mater: ""From the banks of the Delaware, where the hills of old stand strong, We hail thee, Phillipsburg, our Alma Mater, to thee our hearts belong. Toby's is still standing! The company that purchased Toby's & the surrounding lots hasn't done anything with the property. I do hope that they keep the building up, even if it's just for a small "indoor dining" area with a few tables and chairs. Wonder how much it would cost to move & relocate? Imagine having that as a little office?? I wonder after all these years if it still has the hot dog smell inside... What memories just from the smell of Toby's Hot Dogs! I have seen people use the canisters as a type of stand for vintage-inspired creations. Good to hold change too for those trips to the grocery store or pay for parking!

We are still sorting through the large unit! The cold weather hasn't helped with being able to be out for long hours sorting. Many layers and hot tea helps!

I bought mine off of Amazon and the length of it is about mid upper thigh. If I wear a hooded sweatshirt over it, it is longer than the sweatshirt. It also has zippers on the sides so that one can make it a bit loose, perfect for when you are wearing bulky layers!

I do not negotiate with the Tote Man, as I find no need to. He has always been fair with me on prices, whether I buy just a few things or a few bags of items. He has set prices on some individual items, such as tools, furniture, albums, sometimes clothing/purses. When I have a few bags of things, he’ll look in the bags & give me a total price for everything. I’ve paid anywhere from $5 to $75 for several bags, all depends on what items I am buying.

Toter Mann! Hahaha That gave me a good laugh! I didn't know that KZbin had AI translations, I'm behind in the game. I use closed captions at times, mostly if I'm watching movies on my TV, on the rare occasion. Let's hope that the Tote Man will make a special appearance at a few other markets during the winter! I will have to sell this winter too, lots of flea market items from the storage units and better to move them along than not have enough room if a cleanout or other bulk buy would come along!
