In this episode of Flea Market Rescue...Debbie and I head off to go thrift store shopping in Port Huron for some HUGE finds where we even hit a few Goodwills!!! Come along as we go to TWO AWESOME consignment stores! One of them Debbie almost swore me to secrecy ...it was that good!!! Kelly, I NEED that silver artichoke!!! 22 years ago, my Mother-in-law made my wedding bouquet and she put an artichoke in it! She is excellent with flowers and could make anything look good, but it's funny to me still and any time I find an artichoke, not the food kind, I buy it for her. Funny thing, she loves them! So, please let me buy that from you!!! Somehow, I'll see if I can send a photo of the bouquet so you can see it.

I took the metal jello cups and put a battery powered candle and greenery in them. I added wire for a handle. Added faux rust. They're adorable.

😮 Oh… Kelly. I would’ve done so much damage at relics. I can’t believe the prices. They had an amazing assortment of goods to offer. Storehouse was absolutely beautiful. Kelly, thought I’d share a tip with you that I found out that I couldn’t believe but it WORKS!! If you have or find bottle brush trees that get squashed, you can dip them in hot water and it allows you to fluff them back out!!! How cool is that!!!

Oh my heavens. You can’t imagine how much I wished to be with you and Debbie on this excursion. I absolutely love here types of tings and I don’t have friends that enjoy it like I do. Plus, around here we have nothing even slightly around here similar. Even our thrift shops are higher than a kite. I love the things that you make and upcycle, and really look forward to your videos. I would have definitely bought that gate. That wooden book, sometimes the page opens and you can hide things inside. Maybe you should have a" chip table" at your store. Someone might buy, mark dirt cheap. Great video. I want a shirt for my Birthday. Going tell my husband!

You should make your own shadow/silhouette pattern with Debbie's lovely little grand-girl. 😊 When I had my shop in LaConner WA, someone told me that those salt and pepper, oil and vinegar pedestals were called "table butlers". Don't know if it is true, but it sounded good. 😁

Thanks for taking us along with you and Debbie to see the Storehouse. GOSH!!! It was AWESOME!!! We have several antique “malls” in my area. Southern Antique Mall, Peddlers’ Junktion, Rusty Chandelier that is just a few in the City of Laurel, Mississippi from where I live. 45 minutes from Laurel is Hattiesburg. You have Dapper Wolf. This place is filled with many consignment areas of beautiful antiques and everyday items. I was able to find my Magnolia Dining set that I had been looking for for several years. A full 8 piece set without any damage or scratches or cracks. The owner wrapped each individual piece in paper and helped me get it in my car. He even met me on a day they the place was closed, so he could concentrate on my dishes and not let anything happen to them. Another 30 minutes from there is a HUGE Warehouse building that was turned into an antique mall. Inside has food and drinks. Hundreds of booths. The first time I went I bought a box full of brass, candles sticks and other things brass. I don’t know why I went all brass that day. Several of the booths had it 50% to 75% off. I only spent $ 50.00. Great buy.

Enamel touch ups- use whatever color product and then spray a sealant over all the piece to consolidate the finish

I go to our salvation army on Fridays. Everything that is the color that week is 75% off. And there is plenty to choose. You would think a lot would be taken during the week when it goes 50 and then 60% off but there is plenty to get.
