I love painting in layers. Thanks so much for this tutorial. The dead layer could be challenging If you don’t have the right values. At what point in the painting do you pay more attention to the edge of the flower and the background? Your book is an excellent addition to my library. Thank you ! I fact I pay attention to the outer edeges right from begining.I'm always trying to blend all the hard edges with dry brush to make myself sure there are no hard edges at all.
