I'm a little surprised you didn't freak out about how good the drummer is. Franceso Paoli is arguably one of the best drummers ever in the metal genre

The fusion of classical and crazy fast blast-beat intensity is very interesting to see done, if you like the classical side more then you'd prefer material from their Labyrinth album. It's a lot less constant intensity as well, they break it up more as more of an accenting tool. Interested to hear your opinions on either Bleed or Clockworks by Meshuggah. Very interesting grooves they incorporate into polymetric arrangements.

Amazing band, which I discovered about a year ago. If you listen to any song of their last 2 records (King and Labyrinth) you will hear very well balanced symphonic death metal. Back when they released this song, they were more "rowdy". If you're interested in them you should definitly check out "The Forsaking". It is from the same record as "The Violation" but is total different. A death metal ballad if you may call it so. And the singer sounds a little bit different there.
@APREACTS7 жыл бұрын
Will look into that, this band is very different and like I said sometimes different is good.
