You can change the blocking scheme. I've seen paul johnson have the play side tackle block down and pull the play side guard to replace the tackle and go to the second level

Freeze option with pulling guard, or whatever the play was GT ran with Dwyer. I'd like to see that.

Have you thought of doing a continued version of this play because Georgia tech use to take a backside wingback bring him in motion play side a pull a backside gaurd acting a lead blocker basically a play heavy speed or load option.

This might seem a little childish can you possibly do some trick plays with the flexbone everybody has a few up there sleeve.
