in case of axial contraction of bellow ..tie rod in not contact with nut . in this case instead of putting anchors at ends can i use axial pressure balance expansion joint

You can use an axial pressure balanced expansion joint to eliminate the thrust load on the anchors, as you suggest. However, our ML Loops also eliminate the load, and usually the better choice for pipe diameters up to 12". www.flexicraft.com/ML_Loops
