I dont think we've ever had a meta where Damba was a bad pick for healer role. Like 'meh' of course but never an actual bad pick like Ying or Jenos used to be for some metas.

There as a period. All healers were strong and then Damba ended up being "good" but harder to play, so nobody played him for that time
