@bustedknuckleoffroadllc5060 I used to run a gigglepin twin motor on my winch challenge car. Going to try a red winch hornet 2 if I ever build another car Most weekend tough trail rigs over here have a modified warn 8274 with 2 motors and air free spool minimum

@@bustedknuckleoffroadllc5060 There’s a mixture of modified Warns (Warn should do a factory air free spool option), Gigglepins & Redwinches. I think for robust & simplicity a Gigglepin would be ideal for what you folks do. (Even though I 100% understand winching is last resort). I recently went to King Of Portugal and the way the Europeans package their race winches into Ultra4 style builds is very cool. They have a little more mechanical sympathy so run the winch line out after a couple attempts of larger rock obstacles and the race winches make that a very quick process.

It was completely locked up and only when it cooled down it started. Once it started it was knocking. We knew it wouldnt last and making the recovery harder was a bad idea. Will is the man. We got him out the next day and bonded a lot through the event

....Rollovers.😄if four belts wear out there must be something wrong in the belt system like a worse waterpump or something else on the belt line.Most time you reduce from full throttle a bit the traction get better and better.Great Rockcrawler /Racer Action! "Glow yellow manifold hill" ha ha! Would be a nice upgrade have a doubel oil pump with reservoir system (Jeep JK) under this extreme conditions and angles.

We did. We pulled the plugs, blew the oil out because it was hydrolocked. It later spun a rod bearing
