Nice coverage of the flight, Rob. I've just ordered a new Adam (Giles Fowler's fault...) and will be training at Darley Moor. Keep up the good work. 🙂

That’s great, you’ll love the Adam, and Giles has a lot to answer for, he’s the reason I’m so poor now 😆

Nice to ride along but I would love to have some chat from you either from the intercom or a narration. The moving map is nice and you do so well with the visual edit.

Thanks, Algy, it's coming. I'm saving my onboard audio till I do instructional videos.

@@robswift5693 I do think it will ping you up to the next level or higher. With a good audio and the edit you do, I think you will zoom past me on the subs and views in no time.

Luvlu Jubly Rob 🙂 PS: ... what's the range on your new 'Yellow Peril'? ... did you have to refuel at Darley, or was it all on one tank ?
@robswift56933 жыл бұрын
On a full tank of fuel (65 litres) I can fly for 4 hours, so saying I have an average ground speed of 75mph should be able to easily cover 300 miles on one tank. I think for the Darley moor flight, I only used just under 18 litres. not as economical as a paramotor or Sub70, but it gets places.

Oh to have those conditions. You really are stretching your legs now Rob. You can't blame me for your second purchase ;)

I may not be able to blame you for the new purchase, but I can definitely say you were one of the reasons I got back into aviation, and I'm better for it, so thanks.
