Flight Attendant Life - Layover Adventures/crossing the border to Mexico/boot shopping in Nashville

This was a fun flight attendant trip! We had a long layover in El Paso so my crew member & I decided to walk over to Mexico for lunch. That was a bit of an adventure! Crossing the border was easy but not without some interesting moments.
Then we had time in Nashville to hang out on Broadway. I gotta say…Nashville is fun! I now see why it’s a popular destination. Dare I say I could live there🤔
Anyhow, this is why I love my job!

I live in a border state. Years ago, we used to venture across to Mexico but then it started to take an hour to get back to the US side so we stopped going. Nice boots you bought!

I slept in the other bed. It was so late and I was all settled in. After a thorough inspection, I told myself that the other bed probably hadn’t been used but needless to say it wasn’t a good nights rest. There weren’t bed bugs on that room. I was saying that bedbugs would’ve been the only thing worse than what I experienced. But yes, I think bedbugs are the absolute worst nightmare😖💯🫶🏾
