Hi, love the video, on the qf website it says that you need to swim 50m fully clothed and tread water for 3 mins, do you swim and tread with the life jacket? And at any point do you do any water training without a life jacket, and do the jackets start to deflate after an approx amount of time?? Thanks

Hi! Thanks for watching! Yes you need to do that without a life jacket. So yes training is done both with and without life jacket on. And the life jackets can be manually inflated so even if they begin to go down you can blow more air into them. It actually mentions that in most safety demos ☺️

I'd love to apply for Qantas as a FA sometime end of 2024-2025, is International something you can get straight away or do you always start regional? And if so, how long/competitive is it to move to international? xx

You can apply straight for international! But I believe it is the most competitive to get into ☺️

@@MahhiEe-h3c they hire from a lot of different cultural and ethnic backgrounds ☺️ you just need to have working rights in the country of the base you’re applying for ☺️
