@@TheFejfAviation I found out more about them now, it's Burbo Bank extention offshore wind farm, off the north coast of Wales, a bunch of sea windmills. And since it did appear that the plane was coming in from the east of Dublin, that sounds about right what you were flying over, and those windmills were just as you were begining your decent towards Dublin, and most of your decent took place over the Irish Sea from what I saw in the video

12:36 - It appears that they have the stairs up to the second door down the aircraft rather than the first one at the front. Could be so the economy passengers don't have to walk through first and business class on the way off the plane this way. Saves them getting envious, lol. I'm assuming that when entering into that second door, if you turn to the right it's all economy and when you turn to the left you walk through business class and then first class. Business is probably about 4 rows and then first is probably the first 3 rows nearest to the front.

the a340 300 is more or less the same size as the a330 300. so it should be able to handle the a340 300.

I always find it strange when a plane of that size and capacity doesn't offload the passengers directly into a terminal via a jet bridge rather than on the tarmac. I guess it is because of the airport size?

dublin is the 10t largest airport in europe. 32 million passengers a year. its slighty bigger then manchester in the uk
@JamesM-ey9lp5 жыл бұрын
alan scott its better that Manchester. Far more routes to North America, lots more european airlines (Croatia Airlines, Laudamotion, etc) Millions more passengers. Also id say that the A340 can nit fit at a gate with a jetway or maybe there are none available at the time the flight is scheduled. I know i would love to board the gigantic a340 by stairs!
