Being in a hospitality industry, i can relate all that because after completing my bachelor's degree in Bsc.hotel management i got a job in Hotels as Guest service Associate (waiter).. but bro i have spent 4 lakh rs. For this degree & when someone is mocking you by calling a waiter to you, they should know that everyday are meeting with VVIP persons which you guys can't even think, we are people are living our dream life, although its is little tough, anyway nothing is easy in this life.. & trust me you can get everything in your life with this profession..thanks ❤

It's a easy job, good salary, luxurious lifestyle even in cabin crew also so that is the only reason you ppl did that job. Sabke liye hard work ki meaning alag hoti hai. Koi jhuggi jhopdi mein khush hai complain nahi karta aur koi jhopdi mein kuch din rehne ko struggle kehta hain. Apni Self Esteem ko badhao aur hate ki reality ko dekhna seekho. Ek banda mere ghar ke paas ghade paint karke bechta hai. Log bohot aana kaani karte hai lete waqt. Maine bachpan mein aese hee ghada paint kiya tha. Mereko bohot zyaada appreciation mili thi, mai toh apne aapko Tees Maar Khan samajhne lag gaya tha. I am a flier and I have noticed, people do behave differently with hostess. Now, there is a gap here. A flier needs to be educated about what hostess mean. Someone who is hosting. A person who invites you to his or her home and treats you well. Do you actually, treat that person like a slave? You have paid the money and someone is there to help you get them. So, treat them with dignity and be thankful. We pay for it. But we don't own everything in a flight. So, be patient.

When airline represent there branding as master in comfort and hospitality and charging huge amount then definitely passangers have some expectation . being representor of that firm somehow u have to deliver the services without any excusses. Before changing the people mindset it important to change the airline advertisement .
