This is what i'm talking about! Combination of my two passions in life, the beauty of the southwest and flight! I just learned how to paramotor and now i need to make another trip out west. Thanks for posting and inspiring! I hope to make similar flights someday!

Great footage, one of the best I have seen so far but would have been much better in 4K. I don't want to sound like I'm complaining it was still wonderful to see. Thanks!!

Without a doubt the best, most awesome ppc video out there! Music and the scenery were absolutely stunning. Can you tell us where you were flying and filming? Especially that monster wall early in the video. Would love to fly there someday
@parttime_pilot2 жыл бұрын
Thanks Jim, the big rock is Factory butte near Hanksville, Utah. You can take off from Hanksville airport.

Awesome video...you must have been out there the same time we were. We were in Hanksville 2 different times around the end of September first of October. What brand or make is the stick that you use. Looks like it works great.
@parttime_pilot3 жыл бұрын
probably, there were couple of groups there. The selfie stick is a 6ft painters pole

Question - What are the thermals like out there?
@parttime_pilot3 жыл бұрын
Thermals are bad , specially over the large rock face. all my flights were at sunrise 6.30am and I was on the ground by 8am or before.
@Freemarkets12363 жыл бұрын
@@parttime_pilot Is that normal over that terrain/area or just that particular flight? I'd just love to get out there some day for some flights like this.
@parttime_pilot2 жыл бұрын
@@Freemarkets1236 its normal there, plenty of sunshine heats up rocks and you get thermal by 8am
