I hope KLM sticks to Embraer jets with 2 seats by each side and no middle seat. The A321 seats, especially at the middle and at the window are claustrophobic. One feels boxed in.

Good choice, Air France / KLM is an European company, so the best way to use European build planes and the Airbus 3212 NEO isn't a bad choice !!

While I'm accustomed to a larger seat pitch used by US carriers, the A321NEO in general is an excellent aircraft. I've flown it across North America and taken the long range version across the Atlantic as well. I don't think those seats on the KLM version would be suitable for journeys of more than around 3 hours.

It is an aircraft, more modern. For sure not a game changer. Especially the seats. The part you sit on is as flatbas a piece of bread, with the same comfort. And still that awkward sound every A320 makes, the CEO and rhe NEO. It is good looking.

Nice brand new airplane but not a game changer imo. The main difference to the 737 is less cabin noise. I understand non-reclining seats on regional jets but not on airplanes that often fly several hours. Great video though👍

The NEO is the best in its class. Wider seats, less noise. But not a game changer, therefore, we expect much bigger windows for instance, enhanced wing....but for now perfect!
