Any idea if you can do mixed reality with MSFS ( add on desktop software ?) ? Your setup is basically what I plan on getting but want a physical cockpit, hence mixed reality.

Hello. I used to be godlike (rtx 4000) now i'm like you (got same GC 4070), much better 29-30fps except i'm using DLSS (change dlss file from nvidia) win more fps but didn't verify. But i never find my screen resolution on msfs so don't know which is it????. I have meta quest 3 and virtual desktop.

Supporting only H.264+ ? Not AV1 ? u have 4 series, should be much better quality with same bitrate

H264+ achieve max 500 Mbps. AV1 achieve max 200 Mbps.

I run a higher desktop resolution on two monitors than this and get 175 fps with framegen almost all Ultra. Why cant VR users get that?

How do you play a flight sim on 2 monitors? You put those together where the edges are in front of you?

@@Muckytuja I use VR. I was just using the desktop perf as a benchmark to VR. I used to run triples and the bars kinda just disappear after a few minutes. Like a roof support in a real car.

Do you mean in virtual reality? Try supersampling 1.5 in the glasses settings

LOL laughing here being happy with Quest 2 in all sims. What a troll post. It's just 4070 isn't good for VR. Even 3090 is a better choice.

It's just that 4070 doesn't have enough juice for Quest 2/3 and VR in general. It's a very bad GPU. Even my Zotac 3090 is a better choice, I have higher frames. VD on Ultra, High details in MSFS, around 40-45fps. VD on High, over 50-55fps.
