Can you make a feedback between the Prestige 2pk and the vertigo?

Gain penetration in the wind with the CG forward? In my head the airfoil struggels with the CG too far infront of the lift center. That makes many things come alive.. Moving it back to the sweet spot, the plane comes alive and the main reason is the slip-stream move backwards making the airfoil much more efficient. Less struggle to fight drag/turbulence crawling up on the airfoil from TE. Nose heavy can just be compensated by elevator or a even higher AOA, saying the angle of attack has to be higher than the designer ment it to be. Moving CG forward increases stability in direction of course, but the performance of the plane struggels... The size of the fin does it's job ok. Once the exact point of CG is determined, RC settings is the next task. But veery nice videos of this model👌🏼🙂

So why do 99.99% of 3J and 5J pilots move CG forward when adding ballast or when the wind comes up?

I have no idea.. Ask them and teach us. The optimal setting in any fullsize or model would be to find the sweetspot, and can be loaded from there. No difference in settings, just faster in every aspect. That's what you did when adding 5 gram. Maybe 5 more grams or less. From there you have it all..

@@dnumdug in wind it's important to move the cg forward in order to have more stability against wind gust. With a cg backward you have more penetration but a lot less stability so it's a compromise...

Currently assembling it now, ordered a windy. Fragile as a butterfly compared to my F3F's. Take note, this is is not a plane for stuffing around.
