Very nice Bird and flight, just for the sake of completeness, is Flightline thinking about a 109 for the future?...right now companies only seem to think about jets and more jets, and nothing wrong with that, but I wish they would spread their time for new projects a little more evenly, cheers

Beautiful Spit! You also got the fuse lettering wrong, the pair of letters always leads the roundal with the single letter trailing.

Great review, Love the looks of the 1200mm. I've never had a 6s bird. I think this might be my next bird. I've been thinking about this one for awhile now. Good job James.

Did you have room enough to install your admiral stability gyro ?

I have seen the question asked a few times but have yet to see a reply. Where do you place a receiver for this aircraft. I have it and I’m creative but I’d like to know what others found successful when mounting receiver. Thanks

You guys need to make a Razorback P47 in 1200mm or 1600mm, would love to see a Snafu!

Does this come with the remote and the battery and the battery charger already
@MotionRC4 жыл бұрын
No, this model is a PNP (plug n play) which are models for those who already have a transmitter protocol they use. Models that come with all you said are labeled RTF (ready to fly). But rarely do Warbirds like this come as RTF as they are not beginner aircraft and once you get your first RTF and get comfortable with orientation you will want to grab a nice transmitter that is capable of holding numerous models with much more functionality than any RTF transmitter will offer.

I have one of these, and I always use a gyro. I find myself cramped for space with the gyro, and can only use a 2200mah battery with some nose weight. where do you put your reciever, is there a place to put a gyro and still use a bigger battery?

By the way for me choosing between the P-51, Corsair, and the Spitfire are like asking me to choose between my children. They are all exceptional in the own right.

Instead of re reviewing the more recent stuff. Why not go back to planes that came out years ago and re do some of those reviews? Like the Freewing Su 35 for example.

Too small to lightweight... I would take 1600 mm at least... 🙂

The spitfire was always a copy of the bf109 for those that know real history back in 1935.
@ThreenaddiesRexMegistus3 жыл бұрын
So the Bf-109 had elliptical wings? News to me. The design came out of the Schneider Cup racers and may well have been synchronous with the Messerschmitt but the evolution from biplanes to fast mono-wing fighters demanded similar solutions. Reg Mitchell did not even directly design the wing but oversaw the evolution of this world beater, and had a team of talented engineers under him, some of whom had associations with German aeronautical engineers and knowledge of their work. The UC on both was mounted on the fuselage for very practical reasons. The Spitfire was in no way a copy of the Messerschmitt and to blandly state so is absurd!
@garyseeseverything86153 жыл бұрын
@@ThreenaddiesRexMegistus absurd? In-line engines, oil coolers, underwing radiators, narrow landing gears, hatch canopy, the list goes on. Bf109 came first in 1935 and the Germans did an amazing job it flew on 87 octane fuel injection while the British had to go begging America for 100 plus octanes because the spitfire was too slow. This is a fact and it’s no secret the British stole several ideas from the Heinkel company. Germans were not foolish enough to use bomber elliptical wings that why the bf109 was notorious for being a power fighter and highest scoring kills. No other plane had 300 plus kills only the bf109 reigned supreme all on cheap pump gas everyone should look into this information.

@@garyseeseverything8615so in your opinion the brits copied it all except for the good bits? You're an arse.

"Wheels roll absolutely nicely?" C'mon man! NOBODY cares about that. Most new airplanes wheels spin freely. You are not a rookie. Stop reaching for filler stuff. You are better.
