I have two opinions about these flight simulators: -If you want a flight simulator with better realism, various emergency situation, and an easy controller, I recommend Project Flight because it has this aspect. But you have to pay before you can access it and may find PTFS physics in this game (Try to collide your plane into somewhere, it won't crash) -If you want a flight simulator with better physics, a realistic controller, and free, then Flight Line is the answer. Additional note: -For the airplane, these simulators are completing each other. e.g. some planes like A330 or B777 required game passes to access it. But in Flight Line, you can access it for free. Another example of this thing is that Flight Line doesn't have any small planes for example Beechcraft Super King Air or Cessna, Instead, Project Flight has this plane. -If you have enough budget, Project Flight can be used as a training place if you want to convert from PTFS (If you ever played it before which has an easy controller) to the professional one (Flight Line) which is kinda harder if you aren't familiar with its controller and the instrument. Flight line is in beta and is being updated all the time, There UI is more professional and cleaner than project flight as project flight inclines to the younger generation than to one of the older generations of flight aviators.

I have to say, Flightline should be a clear winner. Some of the features that come with it are found nowhere else. You even have functional cockpit views on select aircraft. But you have to buy Project Flight and that doesnt even include all of the aircraft. Project flight just isnt as good.

The thing with project flight when you go to a airport its so hard to find the runway because the diretions only goes to the airport but with flightlineif you create a flight plan it will take u to the runway u wish to go to.

I like Flightline though I wish they added more stuff also why do people say flightline is super hard to land ive crashed a few times with dual engine failure and I kept trying to land I wish Flight line added actual water to the ocean and be able to float for a bit if you land on the ocean needs more structure citys co pilot would be awesome and more controls in cockpit to make it more realistic its missing stuff but it’s probably going to take a long time to program everything

flight line is mid once project flight is free and once project flight will add more free planes it will beat flight line in players and revenue since its a game for beginners. Beginners in the aircraft industry would pick project flight rather than flight line and once they get bored or understand project flight they will upgrade to flight line. without project flight, flight line would never grow. its a W for both

i mean bro, flightline is developed by 1 person, and project flight is developed by a whole team of people. also flightline is way more realistic than project flight, they have realistic plane interiors with buttons, autopilot, and the planes are more realistic than project flight, you litteraly just looked at one for a split second, but if you really look into it, theres animated flaps, all the elevons move, spoilers animated, lights, bloom, suspension, when your in first person theres even a sound effect for you touching down which plays harder the harder you land, and theres brakes, animated reverse thrust, bloom, FLCH system, APPR system, plus since its harder to play you will find less childish people that just scream "bozo i go first haha"

From a ATC persepective: -Project flight is def the winner, Project flights ATC has many features that Flightline does lack, which includes a unrealistic radar screen, ground ‘radar’ to monitor aircrafts on the ground and charts being added in the ATC system. -Players are more active in project flight, unlike flightline, players on project flight do listen to Air Traffic Controller, if anyone has been to a flightline server, you can see that the chats are always empty, no one chats or even communicates with ATC 😢. -However, if you are looking for players who are acctually pretty strong in their phraseology flightline is def the place, however i did mention that Flightline has emoty chats, but if you are lucky enough you may chance upon these players. From a pilots perspective: flightline is def the winner. -All aircrafts are free and fully functional and are not buggy. Aircrafts in project flight have a tendency to bounce even when it is still. -Charts in Flightline are more detailed, if you would ever look at the flight charts in flightline, you would see that their SIDS and STARS almost represent real life SIDS and STARS (not really, but im trying to say that their SIDS and STARS are pretty accurate to real life). Not to mention flightline has a chart for Airways which project flight def do not have. -FLIGHTLINE has a functional AutoPilot, in flightline you are able to input waypoints to help with waypoint navigation. -Flightline planes has more capabilities, you are able to switch of aircraft lights individually not like project flight where you have to press L. Flightline aircrafts also have the ability to arm your spoilers before landing or takeoff. -Flightline airports are distanced well, unlike project flight, airports are probably 2-5mins away from your destination, for example Gatwick And Gran Carina which is probably about 5 mins away from each other. Honestly if you are looking for a realistic experience in a aircraft Flightline is the to go, Project flight is def for people for people who prefers scenery to aircraft realism. However, I do see Project flight as a potential dominant flight sim on roblox with its current development, i highly doubt flightline could keep up with Project flights progress. Also do keep in mind that Flightline is developed by only one person-Jaymanlive.

Flightline is a bit more realistic and has a better map (Project flight uses decals on runways and they are kinda ugly) Project flight has better aircraft models and lighting, I kind of like flightline better because its a bit more realistic but they are both really good.

Personally, Project Flight is newer, and gets updated. Also, Project Flight has slightly more better feeling and graphics than flightline, and in Project Flight, The planes mesh is again, better by far. Clearly Project Flight is better. 👍

Runway length is a pain, but its fine enough, as long as your on a perfect trajectory. In Project Flight I struggle to line up with the runway manually due the lack of mechanics in place, and UI or vectors that tell me i'm on course.

Tbh, when I started to play plane games, I was playing the legendary "Pilot Training Flight Simulator". When I heard about Flightline, in the first minutes I was playing, it was so realistic, but the map and the choice of planes were so boring (7 and P.T.F.S 81). After that, I started Project Flight and for me, it was the (almost) perfect game. Realistic ATCs, fewer planes in the FU***** NOWHERE BETWEEN 2 RUNWAYS, going more and more realistic than Flightline with a better map, settings of the time, and the weather... Only problem, choice of planes. So: 1st place : PTFS Pro: LARGE choice of aircrafts. Many updates AN-225 ? Some tilted gear planes OLD EMIRATES LIVERY (um what ? I mean old liveries) Cons: No spoilers 💀 No reverse thrust (use pushback☠) No suspension🧐 Not very realistic 2nd place : Project Flight Pro: G.r.a.p.h.i.c.s Good plane model Suspension😎 Cons: Tiny choice of airplane Pay to Play 777 787 a330 Eurofighter Typhoon are gamepasses 3rd place : Flightline [COMING SOON]

criticisms i have against project flight they should make the aircraft ui look more "plane-y", it just kinda looks like a mess with all of the different fonts or a mobile flight sim there isnt a fixed camera mode, which i prefer to fly with in other games like ptfs and flightline im not sure if this is a bug or because my pc is slow, but after i takeoff the sound of the tires rolling on the ground still plays un-merge the reverse thrust and full spoilers, but i agree full spoilers should only be on the ground speed increases and decreases really slowly other than that, i really like the game; it impressed me with the fake sattelite (or real) images for the terrain and the 3d buildings, as well as the variety of aircraft, airlines and airports. i just wish i had a better pc to play it on

As a microsoft flight sim user, I could say that Flightline is just too realistic, not in a good way. Most airport runways are too short, you can't take off without stalling. and if you do takeoff, when you are climbing you end up stalling and crash, so I personally feel project flight is better (i bet you can't pin this, =it would be useful)

I dont want to be mean, but you should change your deciding factors, as what you have provided really isint to rate a airplane simulator... sure ui design and plane design is a good thing, but at least merge them into one, as you are rating a simulator and how it works...

I think that UI design and the actual designs of aircrafts play a big role in the presentation of a flight simulator, as it can significantly affect how a game appeals to people who have never played the game before. Take a look at PTFS's aircrafts and Project Flight's Aircrafts. They are significantly different, which is why I made that comparison in the first place. However, I see your point you are trying to make. We all have our own opinions!

Project Flight is much newer (It came out just a few months ago), there is still a lot of work that needs to be done, and once that is done, the game should be free. Also keep in mind that a long time ago Flightline used to cost robux as well (although when it did, barely anyone knew the game)

Flightline, More, realistic. But the game doesn't get updates very so often. But it does have liveries, aircraft, tons of realism, very good models, good lighting, colors, and that's mostly it Project Flight on the other hand costs ROBUX in which you have to buy with real money, while Flightline on the other hand... Is free But, project flight has very good, not as good as Flightline's realism, models, simulation and more I can't access it because of you know.. ROBUX that's why i can't really rate it clearly but people like it, more than Flightline. Which kind of makes me angry/mad I do know that it's your OWN OPINION, not other's so people may agree with Project flight being better and people agreeing Flightline is better But, Flightline is better 👍 In my opinion.. Yeah, I Actually cannot control the Concorrence but No Concorrence, They are just Two Different game's that want to make real the Dream of people that want to Maybe Play MSFS But they can't as it cost So much and u need Detailed computer with RTX And more, that the 90% of the People cannot permit, but we can say that Flightline is not a Beta game, and have the same Feature (AT 80%) of Project Flight, and Project Flight cost 50 Because it's on Beta, that mean's the Game it's gonna take us on unseen Graphic and Probably Mechanics that are gonna be Like, Cockpit inter, Cockpit that u can Enable control from there, i would like to Request these cool Feature's into the game, but majorly, the 100% of the Game that u see that are Majorly scam of what they say, Doesn't have Cockpit Feature's, instead we can do an Example with PTFS, They have Cockpit Design but it doesn't work, this still make the Game realistic, They don't have Crash Animation's (But they are still Realistic for many people) This mean's it doesn't mean that u need to have at 100% Realistic, U majorly need Feature that people gonna like, Like the Crashing animation Feature should be added because if u see there are Many Roleplayer that goes in PTFS and just imagine that Happend. It's beatiful how they made Project Flight Simulator in Design yeah, Majorly i would concentrate on the Community message and inspire from there, but i really like How the game give very much MSFS Vibe's, And feel like u are playing it with your Potato computer, Like this game still need maximum Graphic for Playing, because if u see if u don't have a Maximum Graphic u probably aren't going to see the Runway, Building's and more, but it's still cool, because majorly the Computer and Phone Community are getting Into question that u cannot probably see anymore potato PC of these day's, but the Problem still remain as the Computer isn't Updating by it's self, But by the Game that take it to a 100% Graphic, We can Mention the Super Realistic Graphic Game that it's gonna come out, Unrecord, or other Game's that are Horror they use Unreal Engine 5 That they have Super Realistic Graphic, That make us say : Why we wont have a Super Realistic Multiplayer game? But this is another story, Sorry i did go over Mentioning other Thing's and sorry for my Bad English im Italian, i didn't study it so much, as here if u take a 8/9 in English it's a miracle, Have a good day, I Think Project Flight it's gonna be a Very Huge Competition That is gonna start from one of these day's, as i think they are going to do a Mega update like for the Graphic and Feature some Month ago... Project flight is just an arcade game, it cant even be called a simulator. autopilot doesnt work, its less realistic and its just bad physics. Flightline can actually compete with some actual simulators, if they get a cockpit and actual clickable buttons inside i think it could beat alot of non roblox games. Flightlines UI is meant to be clean, simple and look good. and it looks good alright, specially compered to project flights's Disney World of an UI

Yes it can simulate failures but flightline can do that too, it's just not meant to be in the game yet. And how about the wind direction plus the more realistic movement of the aircraft. Project Flight is more of jack of all trades, master of none. As of right now both games are not complete so I might be wrong.
