Tips for new players. 1. Pitching Just use meter setting and learn to time it. Learn to tunnel your pitches. How to pitch. Change your pitchers before the lose all stamina. Make sure to warm them up too. Batting. Use zone if you can get timing down on pitches. If not use dynamic. It’s just timing. Hold a or X for a normal swing. Circle or B for contact swing and x or Square for power swing. It lowers the percentage of your zone to hit the ball. Basic rules of mlb 1. 3 strikes your out 2. 3 outs switch sides 3. 4 ball is a walk( meaning you get to work to first) 4. Stealing is when you have a runner on base. You can steal second, third or home but not recommended because you will get out. On defense or when pitching 1st is B or Circle 2nd Is triangle or Y 3rd is x or square Home is A or X Hold it if you can meter on fielding if not then hold it once to throw it. If you have throw cancellation on then pressing it more than once will pump fake.

Flight real advice here , you have to change your pitcher . your starter usually just starts the game doesn’t finish . thats why the meter was gone he had no energy and no confidence from how many runs he gave up . 100+ is A LOT you was at 200 pitches flight !

for pitching, when that bar swings back between the yellow and red, that’s your power indicator. you gotta press x to determine how hard/fast you want to pitch. the yellow bar in the middle after is the accuracy indicator. to get a perfect pitch you have to hit that bar. also the more you power up the pitch, the faster that movement will be for the indicator on the 2nd press

Flight for pitching use classic and for batting use directional. Flight you was on the hardest difficulty, and above the pitching reptoire (all the pitches you could throw) is a stamina thing like 2k if it’s orange or red you gotta switch pitchers. Also you was using pitch counts which u gotta turn off.
