The only problem with your videos Will, is that there aren’t enough of them! I love watching you work and absolutely love your energy. I’ve tried knapping and could never quite get the hang of it… I like to blame the material or the tools, but I fear the real problem is the knapper! 😁 I just don’t have the patience to bring it off… maybe with some instruction I could. I’d really like to hop across the pond some day and learn from you in person! Cheers!

Nice kit. Excellent technique. Haven't done this in 30 years. Good to see people still know how to do this. God Bless!

I love your videos, especially story time. People should remember, stone knapping was "High Tech" for its time. People wrongly assume stone age, iron age, Neanderthals etc... were less intelligent. Not so! Different time, different skills required. Skills/knowledge lost in time. Keep doing you. Cheers Will.

Sorry Will, you didnt make up snick, I've been using it for a long time to describe the sound of cutting something free hanging. Try taking a steel blade and swing at a thin branch. If the blade is sharp enough itll snick and you'll hear the sound of a snick. All that said, you're the only person I've ever heard use that word. We need to get it put in the dictionary.

Hi THank you the instruction. Would you consider demonstrating how to make an antler bopper. I have access to some elk and deer antlers and would like to make a proper tool.
