Dennis Nyberg I love this game. Cotw and this one is two different games in many ways. But what i like with this game is this. 1. Licenses(immersion) 2. It can take 20 minutes to and hour to find what you are looking for. The map is not crowded with animals like in cotw. 3. You can see your character. This one is most important for me, i love to see my character because it is a game and i am playing another person, it is not me so i love to see how he/she looks like. 4. Dog. There is dogs in this game, so awesomely implement and the dogs do have ok Ai. I love both games. In my opinion cotw is more arcade with all the animals, a smorgasbord every time. For me that is arcadic. But cotw is not an arcade, hard to explain haha. Love both these games.

The best thing for cash in this game is to restart if you havent got that far into the game. And once you complete the tutorial get the cougar license and hunt the meadow map for the first area. Theres like 3 to 5 cougars around and thats easy 9,000 to 15,000 cash per hunt. Also the hit boxes arent that good. Like you can shoot a deer for example what looks to be a lung shot but in reality in game is a stomach or intestine shot.

This is probably my favorite map. But if you use the calls you can get the animals to come straight in and you can get a vital shot on the larger animals easier. Oh what does the globe do in the lodge? I noticed it highlighting while you were there. I play on PS4 it doesn't highlight and can't interact with it.

In call of the wild I got a female gemsbok which was 210 kg which is max weight and 358 trophy score which is max so basically a 1000 in the old scoring system and it was my FIRST diamond

With xbox s x version is more awesome graphic. If you like hunting for 20 minutes to an hour before ypu shoot your prey, this game is for you. In cotw just go to a pond or lake and there is 70 animals drinking, that is arcade for me

Grimmy Grim Grim it’s far from good. Tested it today urgh. I never think cotw is near realistic and honestly it’s mechanics seems wired compared to real world shooting and stuff, but this game is just straight up bad. I am an hunter primarily hunting bears, elks and moose’s buy me playing this game and not killing the moose where the heart should be, nah also the graphics is pretty bad same with movement and gun sight

Grimmy Grim Grim trust me when I say I never miss heart shot. Of my 11 moose’s I killed irl I never missed one heartshot. In cotw I have killed too many but same there never missed a hearth shot when I was going for it, while in hs 2 I missed many when going for it. The reason is there bullet traveling and how to animals organ is laid out, not to talk about the gun mechanics it’s so bad and needs to be fixed the bullet drop is just so bs never thought the bullet would drop after 100m but ye sure that’s real and never thought u need to aim so long before an moving animal. Also bugs isn’t my statement here why? Well cuz for me booth game has been working without bugs. U saying there’s to little animals, let me tell u that hunting is an sport/hobby we’re u pull the trigger 3% every time. Although yes cotw should have an option for how many animals there should be. Maybe hs 2 would be worth it at 15 bucks but higher it would never be worth it

Grimmy Grim Grim woah dude u misunderstands how hard it is to do an big map, if it just was drag and drop of it would be impossible cuz it wouldn’t be optimized and that’s why some rocks float, if they didn’t float u wouldn’t be able to play, although they should cover it up with tree/vegetation’s. I don’t know ur specs or etc etc but I know I play with 1044p high resolution and it looks much better compared to hs 2. And yes budget in mind but from a game coming 2019 vs 1017 also in distances hs 2 lacks very much graphic. My point still stands if u is going to chose an game just chose cotw it’s simply better
