Fantastic work. Been flint knapping since I was 12 and studied under Dr. Errett Callahan jr. till his passing in 2019. Your work reminds me of how eccentric his style of knapping was. Thank you!

Fantastic looking points. Your skill is incredible. I’ve been knapping about two months now. I have been really appreciating your videos. I am using copper tools for most of my knapping and spalling mostly with hammer stones. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks Devan. If you go w large mass hammerstones it’s nice to have a couple that are a bit grabby so you can do a bit of trim w them also.

Your precision is a pleasure to watch. You could probably easily turn that second core into a square-sectioned axe

That would be an awesome stone for a square axe. I wish I had a market to sell some and I’d make more and build my skills as I enjoy them.

Its pleasure to watch you knapping, you really have expirience. The strikes are how they should be not too heavy but also not too light so the spalls can travel
