True stuff. I usually bring my hand in in to the point it's getting support from my chest. The barrel weight then balances against that.

Good videos your doing.Could you discuss different grades of barrels.I went to a woods walk last year and one of the experienced shooters was explains about different grade barrels.Kinda forgot what he said.I had asked him about the long guns and how much they weighed compared to my Renegade.

I built my .54 with a 36" long straight octagon barrel that's 1" across the flats. Wish I used a swamped barrel because it gets tiring to shoot offhand quick!
