It last me for a mouth my friends did one on my natural hair last year. I like it but i could not do it again because the cap had got so small so i did not feels like do all of that hair l try to sew it on the cap but it was not working for me. I exercise daily and I notice that for me personally, my QW styles don’t last as long as they could. The heat and sweat breaks down the glue a lot quicker. I hope this helps.

I clearly typed in full sew ins and videos of leave outs keep coming up . I had to cut all my hair very short and I dint want any leave out . I means even if i had Al my hair I’d still want a full sew in. I’m gonna do a closure

The cap get lose by it self or you can use some oil on it this will lose it just take your time you have to be patient with your hair that is what I did
