Flipflop Printing Process:
For white or light base color EVA/Rubber/PVC flipflop:
1. Spray auxiliary--(wait till it gets dry)--2.spray EVA coating--(wait till it gets dry)--3. digital printing--4.if we spray a little bit EVA coating again, color fastness would be better.
For dark base color EVA/Rubber/PVC flipflop: 1. Spray auxiliary--(wait till it gets dry)--2.spray(or screen print) white paint--(wait till it gets dry)--3.spray EVA coating--(wait till it gets dry)--4. digital printing--5.if we spray a little bit EVA coating again, color fastness would be better.
The final step (spray a little bit EVA coating again) is not essential, but if we do it, color fastness would be better.
Actually the operation of spraying auxiliary, coating and white paint is totally the same, they are all sprayed by spraying gun.
We can also screen print white paint, then digital print colorful ink.
