Dont hold anything out because your portfolio is high. Never change your rules based on the amount in your wallet. 50% profit at 100% to secure your investment. You holded that coin until it was almost the buy in again, because you didnt follow your rules because "the wallet is already big" No hate, just a quick reminder that fast money starts to do things with your head. i lost 20k of 50k because of things like this.

"Never change your rules based on the amount in your wallet." His initial risk was a small % of his port, so by the time it hit raydium it was as if he took a approp sized position for free. So really theres no deviation in strat here. "50% profit at 100% to secure your investment." This is a good example of a trading rule that is more focused on making the trader feel good, rather than on maximizing performance. Taking 50% at an arbitrary profit percent isn't proven to give you any edge beyond what feels good psychologically. Its better to take profit based on the price of the asset vs the PNL of your own port.

phanes bot on telegram (@Phanes_bot) its free, make a group and add the bot, make him admin, and use the command /th [insert CA], itll show all the top holders, their sol balance, and other holdings $ worth. Useful to see if top holders are organic or fresh. If they're all fresh its super suspicious because organic traders re-use the same wallet, it would never be fresh if it was an organic buyer.

While I do agree with you there are certain times that there is a calculated risk where you are more often then not able to make a profit.
