Dangle baits above gaps / cracks in the rocks in the oilphants river section from whale rock upwards in river. Our 3 biggest bass came from around whale rock. I got 8 x 1kg+ in 8 casts between whale rock and tree in line with rock. Try lime coloured long thin curl tails. Remember LIME not green.(theres a hole with a rockpile near it against the whale rock...find it , when you do dont get too close youll spook them away)

@@nunesbassing11 small lipless cranks in the river gully (main deep v) also worked well. Baby bass colours. Also try the bridge pipes running under the road between Arabie and Elands river, bass gather there to feed on baitfish coming through the pipes. They also love the current .
