To finish floor 5 in the proper time, you just have to be really selective about what chests you open. I like to set benchmarks for myself. Like, "okay, if I get past this obstacle by with X:XX time left, then I'll loot this chest, if not, then I'll skip it to make-up on my time", cause ultimately, grand hallowed coffin is the most important one

Waterfall chunk you can get from gnome stronghold agility shortcut, i think saves 1 chunk If it matters, but you also need The other one for shadow dungeon location dt1

I think you might need the slayer tower for dessert treasure two depending on rng since you need the Miniquest about Zaros.

I may be wrong but I think chunk #13616 is used to catch the phoenix feather Also the agility pyramid would probably be the better of the two other chunks to unlock but that's just what I'd do

Agility Pyramid allows consistent money from Pyramid Plunder so not a dead chunk completely.

Could you not technically just buy the 2 desert chunks needed, and cut the corner? since osrs movement can be diagonal, you can technically move from 1 chunk to the other without ever stepping foot in an unbought chunk

2:35 In RS3 we have something called the totem of intimidation that allows you to bypass the required kc for the 4 main GWD1 bosses. This totem is earned through skilling activities and relies on some rng (and 90 slayer). Nex has a method too but that requires a full set of ancient ceremonial gear, a frozen key and 10m gp. (Plz don't @ me about the mtx we know it's an issue there's not much we can do about it), granted GWD1 isn't very hard in RS3.

You mentioned sepulcher being slow xp rates, it's actually the best in the game so I'm not sure why you said that. If you don't loot chests on the way you get very good xp rates. Even if you only loot the last 3 floors it's still great XP
