Oh this IS fun! It's a 3 alarm hair on fire!! What a fun idea for something different and a great way to use envelopes. I so get your baby bird story, we had one a couple summers ago in our backyard, he must have fallen from a nest-couldn't fly, hopped around the yard all day. Then I noticed it looked like he couldn't close his beak/mouth. Sure enough, we looked with binoculars and he had something stuck between his beak! Hubby put on gloves and we were able to catch him, Tom gently held him while I used a small stick and got whatever it was out of his beak. Set him down near a saucer of water and he drank his little heart out! He stayed a few days and took shelter under a bush. It felt good to be able to help him, poor little guy. big hugs :-)

Good morning Gayle. I happened onto Robin's flappity/flaps journal while in GA last week. I thought it was really cool idea too. I am excited to see you doing it and how you add your magic touch. I got so tickled when you were trying to get your folder creased just to find it had a wad of paper in it. That is the kind of stuff I do all the time. It is always good when our KZbin super stars goof up, it gives the rest of us a little hope. lol I just loved those cards and tags from Natashia. I am excited to see the finished product. Love this idea! Now I'm excited to try it too, love learning new paper making things! Sorry about the baby bird, my husband found a little one in the grass of the back yard this weekend. He'd mowed, but it's wet so he left it 'tall', good thing or baby wouldn't have been able to hide. Momma was on a branch over 10 ft up, lowest one on tree, yabbering away it.

Well I am sorting my junk mail envelopes now and had a thought which you probably know. The marks on the sides of a circle punch are to show you where the center of the circle is. You can use this to decide where to punch when you can’t turn it upside down. You are doing such a beautiful job. Love to watch you collage.

In addition to watching crafting, I am also interested in true crime. Strange combo I know but why I mention it is that I watch a KZbin channel by Gray Hughes and he is a little insensitive but I just love the way he handles criticism. He reminds the viewers it is HIS channel and he will do his show the way he wants. He encourages people to move on as there might be channels they like more. So if people complain to you, suggest maybe they start their own channel and do things exactly the way they want. You obviously are doing something right with so manny followers and the most embracing KZbin family I have found. Be you my friend, just the way you are! And this cover is simply so-cute. Wouldn’t it be so cute to alter it a bit and have it be the center of a signature? Hugs to you and your subbies. Veronica💕

I felt the same way after watching Robin's video. She can just bring it all together so easily (just like you). Anyway I watched her video and the two others she referenced where she got the idea. It's natural for most baby birds (fledglings) to be out of their nests and on the ground for a few days. With all the dangers lurking, I have no idea how the species have survived. It's best to leave them, but if you must, place it in a safe spot nearby as the parents still need to feed it. I'm sure the parents of your fledging will hear his call and continue to care for him. Thanks for sharing today's fun project. I've wanted to make one and you've inspired me to give it a try. And I'm sure you already know this, but if you turn the punch upside down when you need to enlarge your half-circle (if it fits), you can see where you've already punched.
