You got real with me, so now I'll be real with you all. My whole life I was taught to look up to characters like Disney Princesses. Their stories always ended in happily ever after. Then, I grew up to find out that that is just now how life works. I came across Shannon, and soon discovered that she is the type of role model I was taught to admire. The ones who never give up, and always strive to be the best versions of themselves. This world has a whole lot to offer. Some good, and some bad. The important thing to realize is that the good always out weighs the bad. If you're stuck in a rough situation, look for the light at the end of the tunnel. Shannon has taught me more about myself than anyone else. She makes me feel every amount of my worth and that feeling is so good. We are all beautifully different, and if you can't see that, maybe you should look in the mirror a little longer. Each and every one of you are beautiful. A special friend of mine taught me that. It can be so hard to make a relationship work these days, so being happy by yourself should be what you are chasing in my opinion. The love will come by itself eventually- and when you do it in that order you are more secure that the one who should eventually find you interesting, would be interested in YOU :) When not having decided on your own goals, or not knowing your Limits and primary principles, dating can be quite dangerous in my experience... x3

nowthisisliving Talking about suicide is as brave as it is necessary in our community, it is not a rule, but how many of us no longer think that this is the best way to get? Many and unfortunately many have not had a second chance to understand that the difficult time will pass and that everything will be fine at some point. Suicide it was a possibility for me in many moments, but thank God I did not! I am very proud to see Shannon every day more saying and exposing things and their thoughts, because in my time as well as in her time there was not so much content for us, by which we could orient ourselves and feel supported and being part of a group!
